It was a great move to turn Goldberg heel. A little late in his run IMO but it couldve worked. It seemed like they had this idea to turn him heel but than nothing after that. As bad as wcw was sometimes WWpgE is worse.
This match alone was a microcosm of what was so horribly wrong with WCW in the "Russo Era". Too many run-ins, too many nonsensical turns. This whole New Blood thing made no sense and I still maintain, the Goldberg turn was a year too late. It needed to happen in 99, not 2000. Then once the turn happened, there was no plan after that. Lasted a month if that and there was no rhyme or reason to it. Or after it for that matter.
WCW should've stayed in business, but ran itself under. Fast.

But this was another big mistake by WCW aligning their top face Goldberg with Russo, Jarrett and Bishoff. This whole Millionaires club vs New Blood had to be one of the worst feuds & ideas in history.

Biggest problem with this was Goldberg's heel turn was one of the worst kept secrets. It was reported all over the internet over several weeks that he would likely turn heel, so when it happened you really thought "meh"
You know what the problem with this was? WCW was trying to redo the whole Hogan going heel angle but with Goldberg. Since Goldberg was so damn huge at the time, they really expected to get the same reaction and ratings as when Hogan did it but wrestling fans just got tired of the constant heel turns at the time and that's why this failed.
Just another reason as to why people stopped caring about WCW at the time.

I was there for this. Everybody saw it coming. The biggest mistake was having Goldberg lose to Nash earlier on. Without the streak, Goldberg wasn't as special. I mean just look at the Undertaker's Wrestlemania streak. It's a thing of legend, and he won't likely lose it until he is ready to retire.

So Goldberg turned heel by attacking Nash. Nash was back and forth between heel and face so many times it was hard to keep track. But this was another big mistake by WCW aligning their top face Goldberg with Russo, Jarrett and Bishoff. This whole Millionaires club vs New Blood had to be one of the worst feuds & ideas in history.

WCW IN 94-98 WAS AWESOME, THEY THOUGHT BRINGING RUSSO WOULD HELP THEM BUT IN WWF HE HAD FILTERS WITH AUSTIN AND MCMAHON TAKING AWAY SOME OF HIS IDEAS WHILST GIVING HIM FULL CONTROL HE DIDNT KNOW THE CONSEQUENCES OF THE STORY AND THE IMPLICATIONS OF THE COMPANY

That was the best Wrestling Promotion ever, I mean Goldberg Sting Ric Flair Booker T and so many many Superstars was in there. I missed WCW and I hope that one day all the Wrestling Fans all over the world will check that Vince McMahon is a man who distroyed modern Wrestling and the competitionbetween all Wrestling Promotions in the country

I was there for this. Everybody saw it coming. The biggest mistake was having Goldberg lose to Nash earlier on. Without the streak, Goldberg wasn't as special. I mean just look at the Undertaker's Wrestlemania streak. It's a thing of legend, and he won't likely lose it until he is ready to retire.

this heel turn on this video looked familiar to TNA Bound For Glory 2010 PPV, when Jeff Hardy turned Heel, they were throwing stuff at Hardy & Bischoff & other wrestlers that were behind it, and Taz even said TNA will never be the same again, TNA has changed, what does this mean for TNA, those were his words.
TNA is going down the same path as WCW, couple of more years TNA will be brought out, and will fall.
