  • Hey can you please get back to me on this issue please im really desperate ... at the bottom of my septum there is a kind of flare out or bump also my nostrils flare out which i want fixed can you please explain how this can be fixed I don't want it raised but removed and could you tell me the rough cost please thanks alot for your time.
