I've found that being witty for me, is being able to respond to anything a girl says IMMEDIATELY, not have any pause between the last word she says and the first word you say, just respond immediately, learn some interesting words and phrases, analogies, sayings, and sound intelligent, but not pretentious and arrogant, you don't want to use words that make you sound like you're trying too hard.
