BOOMCHICK!!! your awesome.. loved the tour and the "production studio" part was hilarious!
I'll be def adding you as a friend girl!
peace and big ups from NJ. I just posted my response to this .. come thru and watch some scratching as thats the one of the best ways to learn ... Nice Ecler Nuo by the way.
thanks! That was kinda a joke about the production studio thing, that's my kids toy. But I have just started learning Ableton Live. It's kinda overwhelming.
Are you familiar with their cams at all? I have seen DJ Colette orig. from here in Chicago, sporting a classy white set of Echler Ultrasone DJ1's. Any opinions or comparisons to Pioneer HDJ-1000's, or Sony MDR V700DJ's?
oh yes and you do break it down with style, relaxed tone and distinct spoken words. you'll be very good for making presentations/tutorials! maybe on some dj gear?:) also you did good chop and chain this video together!
thank you very much. I am not totally pleased with the editing as I was learning windows movie maker on the fly and was not happy with it. I had to piece it together cause this was made with a digital camera in movie mode. I've been thinking of doing tutorials myself, but need to figure out what about.
Funny audio wiring, I also use two amp's. One amp controls the monitor speakers, the other the "main" speakers. On my mixer there are two seperate outputs, so I can controll them seperate, really nice! ;)
You show'd you gear, but let's see a bit more from you!
Ow, and you can buy 90 degree hooks for your "cable/wall" problem. Keep up the vid's! They are great!
Not enough outputs on my other mixer to do both amps and the audio interface. new mixer does, but one out is xlr and the input on my amp is trs (phone or jack) so I need to shop for cables. I know they are out there. More of me? heh.. there is a shot of me in the mashup vid. it is hard to shoot myself without a tripod..plus that was a bad hair day I think.
Thanks for reminding me about the 90 degree adaptor. I need to check that there isn't any other inputs that would get in the way of that.
yeah, it's even more complicated when you figure in the airport express "airtunes" which is a wireless computer audio output. (which any computer on its wireless network can send it audio from iTunes) this needs a cable into my mixer from my wireless access point which has to be near my LAN connection.
so many wires....
thanks for viewing and I'll check out your vids soon.
thanks! and thanks for putting me on your VLog. So are you done adding to the djs worldwide bit on djtutor dot com? seems you have quite a bit on you plate. you have almost 6,000 subscribers!

hi boom chick,
in regards to your mic problem check out this link. just remove the "-"'s, (youtube will block the link otherwise)
This should help with your dilema, good old RadioShack, coming to the rescue ;)
