Brad I must tell you, for a week my pulse rate has been 88-97 way to high than I normally am. I did three sessions of EFt mostly on fear and worry, fear and finally gratitude. My PR went from 91 to 84 to 79. My grandmother had a stroke and breaths very heavily...she did it with me...and said her breathing was very light ! Thank you keep it up...it's helping!
