boy, i love you girls guys together!

random fact...its raining now.he he he. that makes me giddy!

  • they are a great performers and talented singer

  • These outfits were actually auctioned off on ebay about two years ago!!

  • @spagandtuna Really I wish I got that!!!

  • Julie and Carol are wonderful as always.

But who designed those costumes? Look

    like formal wear for convicts.

    Tnx 4 the fun post.

  • sure Julie looked very pretty (i'm her huge fan) but i think Carol looked adorable too, and she still do! I love that they are best friends and they can work so perfect together!

  • Julie really looked pretty. I think this was one of her best looks, but she always is and always will be gorgeous.

  • I love it how Julie really really insists on singing this in their performance! Golly they did!

  • My sister, Sheila J, has to be Julie's #1 fan. When she was in high school she saved her money and took my mom to NY from Florida to see Julie and Carol at Lincoln Center. After school we moved to LA and Sheila J attended EVERY single taping of Julie's television show. She was fortunate to meet Julie and Carol several times. Awesome talents!

  • AWESOME!!!!!!!!

  • why did they remove the 60's medley?? =(

  • I love it,!!! Julie and Carol are such good performers together!!!! Thanks for posting!!!

  • lol there both funny

  • "Buckinghhhhham?"

    "Bucking'm!"

LOL. loved this british vs american accent thing!

by the way, what "palace" did carol understand?

  • I suppose the Palace in Las Vegas, the hotel I mean....

  • Actually, she was referring to the Palace Theater on Times Square in New York. The acts she mentioned, the Dolly Sisters and Nora Bayes, were legendary stars of vaudeville and Broadway in the early 20th century and had major success in appearances at the Palace.

  • Maybe the one in Las Vegas

  • yuyioi9plpoopoop

  • well she can be a comedian as well.

  • And Carol was a triple threat of her own: singer, actor, comedienne.

  • Yet their both best friends.

  • Yes, and Carol is the godmother of Julie's daughter Emma ! :')

  • it's soooooo cute...

  • Elas são simplesmente sensacionais!

  • Thank you so much for posting this lovely video! They are so funny! I love them! Thank you!

  • i don't believe the rumors about their relationship ... julie andrews doesn't seem like the type to cheat on her husband

  • What does that have to do with this video?

  • absolutely nothing.. just that seeing them together made me think of it

  • Julie and Carol have been best friends for many many years. Never anything else.

  • what year was that?

  • 1971

  • I thoguth it was before 1965 she looks way young

  • She looked much younger in their show in Carnegie Hall at 1962.

  • she was 36

  • wow. i hadn't seen this since it was first broadcast. Julie is unbelievably "on"- Burnett certainly out the best in her. It almost seems impossible that something so well done was done live w/out a long time to break it in on stage. What else was part of this show? -- some ballet thing (where Julie looked fabulous, and Carol was an aging ballerina on her 1569th farewell tour); Julie had another knockout solo song (what was that...), and I can't recall what else.

    just great.

  • They did one skit where carol was playing the cello and Julie the violin. I think the ballet part was called "Madam Abernell and the Passion of the Gods". Julie's solo song was "He's gone away". then the 60's medley. then this was their closing number.

  • the opening is called we shouldn't we couldn't we cant misbehave tonight.

  • loved it there so funny together

  • *hahahaha* I love them

this is so neat, thanks so much for downloading.

  • i downloaded the song to this not so long ago, and this is great

  • HaHaHa!! Sooo great! I see this first time. Thanks for posting! They are AMAZING!
