You know, the first shipment of Puyo Pop 15th Anniversary games have a severe problem with saving.

So, either make SURE you have the new shipment Sega put out, or just get the ROM and put it on a flashcart.

Just warning you, so you don't potentially buy one of the bad ones.

I don't know if Sega shipped the new ones, but I think they're out now.
