Nah that's not weird. It depends on how fatigued you are after your flat benching. I have benched 405 (feel free to check out my videos) but after 3-4 heavy bench sets I can only manage 300x2 on incline and 275x5. If I start with incline, I can put up MUCH bigger numbers. In fact, if I start with incline I can hit at least a few reps with 315.
fkn nice benching and really liking the size and shape of your calves, do you do running for them also with weights?

You made that look like 100 pounds instead of 325 I have no doubt you could have gotten 355 for 10.

much better form than your incline for 10 at 225. weird. i incline 275 for 4 but cant flat 325 more than twice.
