It resemble a system without Jews (baking a cake without eggs).

The video signifies direct symbolism to Hitler and his Nazi party, threading the cheers and support of the German people from the time he was appointed Chancellor of Germany. That a cake does not need eggs to be made, it corrupts the recipe and does nothing to better the cake. Cake = world system, recipe = who is in the system, eggs = Jews. Possibly symbolic to Tool's being in the music industry. one not needing Jew to develop music

It is to show how people easily come to conclusions and judge others even they do not understand his/her opponents.
