All I did was sit in the office when it was cold

outside

and he gave me a referal (sp?) without a warning.

I never got a referal in my life before. If you

think trying to protect my health is something wrong

then you need to have common sense. In elementary and middle school, they let me sit in the office whenever

it was cold outside.
