Hi again, I learned to make tortillas from my grandmother and you are so right about the butter and wrapped up part...wow wow so good! Anyway, I make them every so often for my kids and husband (they are pretty labor intensive but worth it) They like the flour ones the best but I like masa and flour, doesn't matter to me. What is your tortilla recipe?

I love flour and my mom used to make them with lard but I make them with butter. They still don't come out like my mom's! =D

Use regular vegetable oil, you will love it. (instead of butter and another trick is make sure the water is warm when you add it, it makes all the difference! :)

I am totally loving these videos. It is great to put a face to the voice. I think after you turn 21 you don't care how old you are so you just forget. I always have to do the math now.
