@TheMadPsychoFox I think that is the spot where Tails' sprite was supposed to be, but it does not exist so it is just a glitched Knuckles sprite.
In case you are unaware, Mighty is also a recoloured/edited Sonic sprite. The game changed characters mid-development, apparently.
