@Canuckshousz hahah ok wow, i follow two teams religiously - the predators and braves. the predators are a fairly new expansion team defying all odds making the playoffs yearly and the braves who have 3 world series titles. your lowly canucks still don't have a cup, and that's all you guys got. and no, the faggy CFL doesn't count.
@volainge09 the faggy CFL? Now that doesn't make sense. I admit I am not a fan of American football, but you can't take shots at the CFL or the players that play. Because the league is just full of NFL rejects. Not everyone can make the NFL, so where else can they play football? That's like calling the KHL or the Swedish Elite League "faggy".

Nearly 6x more expensive than a Panthers game. To say Nashville isn't the model southern franchise would be a false and ignorant statement.
Oh, and prices/attendance go up every year. If we've accomplished this in only 1000 games, I wonder where we'll be after 1000 more?

^^ Read it. We ranked 18th in average ticket prices last year and prices have easily increased 5-10% this season.. so we'll probably ranked around 15 this season. Add that to 97% capacity (google: nhl average attendance) and being in the heart of the deep south.. pretty good imo.

nice to see that the team has tremendous fan support. i remember hearing a few years ago that the attendance records were bad. i guess that's just not the case anymore.
@PLERKTA It was not this bad considering the 13000-14000 people announced in newspapers actually came to the game. Last year they announced 17625 at a Devils games and in the highlights about 40% of the seats were empty...

^^ Read it. We ranked 18th in average ticket prices last year and prices have easily increased 5-10% this season.. so we'll probably ranked around 15 this season. Add that to 97% capacity (google: nhl average attendance) and being in the heart of the deep south.. pretty good imo.
