(3) Genealogies were regarded by the Jews to be important. The gospels include them because it shows that Christ through his earthly mother was descendant from King David, therefore heir to the throne; and through his STEPfather Joseph, to show that LEGALLY, he was ALSO heir to the throne of David. The chapters in the Old Testament were under the Mosaic Law, and before Christ came and issued in the dispensation of Grace, which ended the law (Gal. 3:24), Timothy was to the Church, not Israel.

Yes, it says do not MURDER like do not go into someones house and stab and rob them. There is a difference in going to war or defending yourself. They are just saying who their relatives, that's how they were able to know who you were. Genealogy is the study of ancestry. Abraham just said, let Moses and the prophets handle it. Jesus was saying when you pray, don't do it just to make yourself look good, but do it modestly.

When did I say the Bible was written by god? This is your belief and the burden of proof lies upon you to prove it. It's ironic when a book goes into such detail just to say "BUT DON'T PAY ATTENTION TO ANY OF THAT"
No, he was saying "believe on faith alone" even though he never needed to.
Jesus should have been more specific then, you must be so much smarter than Jesus if you know what he wants better than he does.
I shortened lots of verses because I can't fit the entire bible into a 4 minute video.
