  • so you have the skyline :D

  • lol got a link to pics of the carnage? i'd love to see what kinda damage that lq4 did to that poor little dif hahahaha.

  • cant wait for the rebuild def subscribed

  • lol the face @ :44 is great :)

  • Are you made of money or something?

  • "If its not broke, break it" your motto? lol

  • HAHHAHAHAHAHAHA

You already had like 2 pinion teeth missing before you hammered on it.

    BAWHAHAHAHA.

And then you hammered on it. . .

As much as I hated blowing my rear end twice, it is funny as hell to watch you guys do it.

  • "and that is the end of the rear end"

    HAHAHA!

  • Christ, that sounds worse than nails on a chalkboard. Once again, exceptional build! I thought that RX7's were the only (import) cars capable of handling a small block conversion...awesome

  • Ahhh, time for a sub frame with a four link, tub the back and put some 31x 18.5 DR's under there on a ford 9" rearend... would look like a pro stocker and sound ferocious too!

  • wouldnt handle for shit then lol......its got a new nissan rear that is has been working great for months

  • I wish I was as care free as you when something breaks!

  • Lol, yea. Im a former rockcrawler turned rally racer. Something about a ring and pinion that's only *in the r180's case* 7.08" big scares me. Or in the r160 thats only 6.29" Chripes, a ford bronco II has a stronger rear axle. And thats saying something. r200 would be suited to a heathy v8 more so than a r180. But then your talking a fair amount of fabrication to get that pig to fit in the stock crossmember. Thus the suggestion of a fully contained d44 indi. suspension that would bolt in. :)

  • yea the r200 has been in for some time now.....fits great....almost the same as the little r160

  • Time to swap in a dana 44 independent rear from a jag.

  • only a jeep guy would say that....lol...its already fixed with a better one

  • haha man, I love your attitude. You just dont give a fuck.

  • that sounded like the 3 rearends i broke in my s10

  • Holy shit....that sounded immensely horrible. Reminds me of the time I blew the transmission on my '72 Ford truck, doing a clutch dump.

  • that made me sad when i heard the rear end

  • Ha Ha that just sounded hella bad when u flored it, keep this shit up man

  • if to seek an independent rear, mimicking subaru, other foriegn v8 rear independent, maybe mercedes, BMW. My first thoughts in my own swap, was the little sube rear. thanks for vid.

  • I wondered how far that would go. The r160 generalized goes way back to <90hp boxer engines, they all interswap even today. I could put a wrx rear in a 1980s.

  • where u out at rivergate last night?

  • R200? C'mon! Custom 9" and lets get wit it!

  • LOL! Ya really didn't expect it to hold up did ya?

  • yea it deff wasnt designed to be used like that. sounded horrid

  • dude that sucks that sounds horrible but goo thing u have a plan to fix it good luck u think u can do a vid of what gave out i want to see the carnage
