Bro, I have been to Baltimore on many occasions, and this is one of the most backward cities I have ever seen. They still wear ghri-curls, and styling from the 80's. They close up at 145. Did I speak on the gold teeth. (and Philly is not all that either to be honest, better than Bmore) I just chanced upon this video and they seem to be enjoying themselves which is all that counts, now Pittsburgh may not be a New York but all in all, Baltimore is not a city on the Hot in here list....SORRY.
