You have to question all the crew on the boat and read the fat dudes file from the chest, then make the same face at the fat dude. That should set you on the right course.

But curiously enough the game doesn't show the tongue of the manatee to me .

Have you tried putting the fish on the bongos to keep the bile down so you can grab it from the bile pool?

@ClanOfTheFanboys You mean make the fish play the Bongos so the Bile level will raise so I could grab the tongue .

But the problem is from the game itself curiously.

I know where the tongue should be but it isn't there .

It's a empty bile pool .
