How did you start a battle with mid-aged Lorenzo? Is this part of the glitch? I only saw him once when he transformed into young Lorenzo in a cutscene, never fought him

@RavenPest I'm quite sure it's just because this is on hardmode. On hard mode, young Lorenzo gets white hair instead of orange -- which is closer to the gray hair mid-age Lorenzo has.

You might want to read the video notes again. It says "There are two ways to get this glitch: Easiest way is to let the luminescent out. The alternate way is to kick the door." Meaning you don't have to do both.

Somehow it makes more sense for the game to progress this way. This would (sort of) explain Riccardo's invisibility, and why Lorenzo claims Fiona has caused him "much grief" when she's in the room. Players would think they're done with the game but then they go in that room and would have to kill him again, and this would make the game more scary. It seems as if this glitch could possibly be just the remains of an idea that Capcom left out of the game and forgot to completely remove.

From what Louis has told me that I can recall (cos sometimes I get stuff wrong..), there is no specific function for either of them. My only guess was that the game devs were gonna do something with them and never got the chance, or it's purely for collection purposes.

The chamber (corridor - optionaly) where is a shone pass (shining final door to the freedom), and where burning Lorenzo "died" (not exactly, as It was found out), where is the cutscene, in which he chases you by running: you LIVE that chamber. You run back(to the collapsing catacombas, corrirors, with the earthquake) Ok. So, from THIS moment, ARE you totally STUCK, you WILL NOT be able to exit and to finish the game ?? Yes? Am i right?

Or you still can fight Lorenzo in some way? Er?

Since my awesome vid editing experience sums 0, I was a bit curious.

For me there is no problem at all to add subtitles on a video. Pinnacle Studio, which I use for video editing, has a subtitle-adding feature; I can add a subtitle anytime I want. This video took me 2 days to make because I was thinking a lot about what and when to add subtitles.

Basically this one giant, elaborate glitch that mixes up the story events, and thus backtracking prevents you from finishing the game.

Personally, despite the setup, I find these types of glitches to be completely unnecessary.
