Ahh I heard in England that they like start drinking a lot younger than in America. Like it's not as frowned upon so that way when they get older they don't like go crazy and get wasted like they do here. And they probably don't get in trouble as much because of it. Luckyyy. I just thought of that cuz she said she was 16 but also talked about drinking and partying. And I saw a clip of her drinking before. lol.

@SuperSonic9125 That is kinda' true, I live in Belgium, and over here in Europe, teenagers drinking and smoking is most definitely not as frowned upon as in the USA. People are a lot more lax about that sort of thing. Obviously our parents don't want us wasted every single night. But stuff like buying beer, in Belgium the legal age for beer is 16 and hard liquor is 18. You barely even get carded here and England is a bit stricter but generally they don't really frown upon teens drinking. :)
