124simran no they are not. MH-47 can be refueled in mid air and is used in special ops because of advanced gear. The CH-47 is a day operator only hauling cargo.

too bad the ch47 is strictly US Army. Navy and Marines use the CH46 and now the V-22 Osprey. But still nice nonetheless
