  • ok great, now we will just hide the firearm under our shirts so you dont know.

  • sto znaci kolega? i sto znaci naucio?

  • dobro te naucio tvoj kolega..

  • Morons like this, and most of you are only looking for trouble. I guess it was a coincidence that he just happened to have his recorder going. Within his rights, yes, also stupid and dangerous. What do you morons want, to shoot it out if the Police try to disarm you and see your gun permit. Its dangerous and maddening that you assholes do these little set ups and think its cute, like a cop has nothing better to do than deal with you clowns and yours games.

  • Morons like this, and most of you are only looking for trouble. I guess it was a coincidence that he just happened to have his recorder going. Within his rights, yes, also stupid and dangerous. What do you morons want, to shoot it out if the Police try to disarm you and see your gun permit. Its dangerous and maddening that you assholes do these little set ups and think its cute, like a cop in a large city with lots of crime has nothing better to do than deal with you clowns and yours games.

  • @mikemac871 It wasn't "stupid and dangerous." Quit being so dramatic.

  • Why do you go around looking for confrontations with the police and then refuse to show your carry license? What's the point of getting a license if you aren't required to show it? You're required to show your drivers license when you drive. Seems to me that you could quickly defuse these situations by providing your carry license and perhaps carrying a copy of the state statute that covers open carry. Oh wait, then you wouldn't get any juicy video to post up on YouTube. Now I understand.

  • @fenceposter I dont think they are looking for confrontations. Its a simple fact that we have rights to open carry, sans permit, even in my state of PA. What they are doing is trying to raise awareness to others that they can do so also. And if the police stop, that is their prerogative. Also, if the cops know the law like they say they do, then why should we as free ppl have to carry a copy of the statute? It falls to cops to prove wrong doing, not the innocent to prove innocence.

  • remember, here in the U.S. we are innocent until proven guilty. I have a ltcf permit ( carry conceal) but I openly carry everywhere I go, except places I cannot legally go with a firearm. For me, having four kids, it shows my family is not to be messed with. I would hate to have to shoot someone, but if its me or him, it sure as heck isnt gonna be me. We as citizens are our own best defense, remember, when seconds count, cops are minutes away.

  • @fenceposter you don't need a license to carry openly in NH. You only need a license to conceal the firearm.

  • @InsanewithPain666

I've heard that Vermont is very free about carrying firearms. In Illinois, there is no situation where a private citizen can carry legally, except for simply transporting a broken down weapon in a car. Chicago is a dangerous place and the Democratic politicians in this state refuse to let law abiding citizens defend themselves. What I don't understand is how the cops in Vermont decide who is a law abiding citizen and who is simply an armed felon waiting to strike.

  • @fenceposter Wow! I can't believe that! I thought DC and Ca. were bad. I know in Mass. (where I'm from originaly) you HAVE to carry concealed unless you have a badge. The CCP takes anywhere from 1 to 5 months to get. Also, if you are carrying and someone accidentally sees your firearm, you could be charged with harrassment. lol If that isn't ridiculous I don;t know what is.

  • @fenceposter You answered your own question. confrontations is exactly what they want.

  • @jettech510 :D thank you

  • Vermont is #1 in concealed handgun freedom. The ONLY state with no license necessary. Yet no gun crime. Hmmm....

  • @koonsmachine It's great that Vermont is a gun freedom orientated state but it is not the only state you can carry concealed in without a license. Alaskans are also fortunate to have the right of concealed carry without a license as well.

  • does anyone know if open carry is legal in maryland?

  • because open carry is NOT legal in Texas, though it's currently being considered by your legislature.

  • @NObsNbart because open carry is NOT legal in Texas, though it's currently being considered by your legislature.

  • @NObsNbart because Open carry is NOT legal in Texas as of yet, currently legislation is being considered to change that.

  • Most cops are firearm crazy! Thats 95% why they became cops, their obsession with guns! Remember,Just about anyone can be a cop! And take just a minute to think,Who would want to be a cop and why! If you met someone that just acted like a cop,you would think,What an asshole! Now take that person and give him a gun and tell him,Ok,go find criminals,or go bust somebody and we keep the money!"true law" people will do what you say,and here is a little book of the law to keep if you have any questions.

  • i dream of speaking another language like that. that cop was sooooooo shocked :O:O:O

  • @Ben85paintball I couldn't agree more. Some officers of the law are just trying to collect a paycheck, but some are on a mission.

  • Why shouldn't you give police your ID when open carrying? Just wondering.

  • @bigmanbigkid Why? Because you are doing nothing illegal and it's NONE OF THEIR FREAKING BUSINESS. That is why. Cops have no right to your information unless you are doing something suspect or illegal. Period.

  • I wish we had this right in Canada. Good for you guys!!!

  • Open carry... Concealed carry... either way the more Americans armed the better. It's our natural human right! Molon Labe.

  • In Seattle the cop would just shoot you. They just gunned down a woodcarver here for carrying an unopened carving knife. He showed no aggression, nothing - and they just shot him.

  • @ all; The point is no matter how tight you think you can make the gun laws criminals will always find a way to procure firearms. why do you feel that you or anyone should not have the right to have access to the same amount of force as the criminals. A criminal can threaten your life without a weapon also and if you feel that that crime threatens you, life or limb, then you have the right to use deadly force against that person. Why would you want to give up your right to use that deadly force.

  • @Andrew598895 Thats what happens when you have the most stupid law in the world, you go into a gun shop show fake ID hand the cash, and before ur big macks ready you have a shiney new gun to rob the next guy you see. and thats not including the guns that seem to end up on the black market strait from the factory. YOU DON'T HAVE GUNS YOU DON'T HAVE THE PROBLEMS THEY CAUSE.

  • @oakwoods55 My mothers gun has stopped an attempted rape, it has stopped a home invasion. Yet you seem to prefer she remain defenseless. If you want me to give up my 2cd amendment right, please don't exercise your 1st amendment rights. If you haven't noticed, places like D.C. and Chicago have high crime rates despite years of what were practically total bans on firearms.

  • @oakwoods55 you obviously don't know that if you illegalize guns you just take them out of the hands of the good law abiding people where bad people can still buy them from the black market

  • There is no need for a person to carry a gun on the street. what you do inside ur home is upto you.

  • Illegal gun isn't such a problem to get and that's where all the gun crimes come. I bet one would think twice before doing anything stupid knowing the other person has a gun and will use it

  • oh yeah guys. be proud of your more than 11'000 dead people a year caused by guns. fucking moron.

  • @asautumnarrives those 11,000 would be alive if they were armed. the bad guys with guns dont target people that also have guns, the bad guys will always have guns, always, which sucks.

  • @AnubisThantosKK foreign devil.

  • Holy shit Dave, many of my close friends are Serbs, Bosnians and Croatians. I didn't know that about you, nice. Search Crnilovic on my blog and Google:

    Kelly Ayotte wiki

and look for Christopher King or Kelly Ayotte Senate to see the Civil Rights cases and other legal monsters spawned by our former NH AG and newly-elected U.S. Senator Kelly Ayotte, it's enough to make you barf.

Look fast, they made one of my other blogs about Kelly disappear.

  • He's wearing an IWB holster and not Mexican carrying.

  • At least get a holster 1:01

  • @TheBbergner86 its an inside the waistband holster...i think

  • @TheBbergner86 IWB holster smart guy

  • It's a war on the mind. If every one open carried it would become the norm so no one would find it shocking and no one would reject it because it's the norm ..... I say go open carry and go UAS : ) P,S it pro Constitution

  • jebiga..koji ste vi amerikanci idioti to nisu istine...

  • It's called Mexican carry It's one of the most famous carries from history Look it up

  • I SALUTE the cop for shaking the citizen's hand at the end. A lot of cops are starting to figure out that armed Patriots are not the problem-- it's violent criminals.

  • what has he got it stuck down his jeans for , ... like a gangster ,or maybe hes just hoping to be stopped ,so he can bitch about his "rights" ,its this in your face shit that gets things made illegal ,then your worse off, all it will take is some open carrying person to go nuts ,and shoot a load of people ,and they will say ...told ya so

  • This is ridiculous. Up in quiet little Concord, New Hampshire where they haven't had a mugging in twenty years this guy thinks he needs to walk around with a gun on his hip like some cowboy from the wild west. Yes, it's legal. It's also a pathetic way of getting attention in public. Get a life!

  • does anyone know if it's legal to open carry a locked and loaded gun in NH?

  • open carry means the bad guys who want to hurt or rob you can do it without any problens. You may think it's a dterent but think again. They have a gun pointed at you and you can't do anything. Make a stupid move and your a dead man

  • @weinmanjoe I take it you mean "WITHOUT open carry"

  • @weinmanjoe what's the difference? Bad guys will always have a gun and point it at you. They won't point it at me because they will be dead before they can acquire a target on me.

  • Oh my god, I'm a God-fearing republican right wing new hampshire nut case and I just found out they let Bosnian foreigners become police officers here.

  • @77akell better stock up on Vodka

  • If you are not born within the soil of these united states, you should not be allowed to be a police officer on the soil of these states.

  • you are much faster open carry than concealed

  • I was arrested and given disorderly conduct got open carry in pa. The whole police station had never heard of it. I was shackled to a wall for hours. I didn't fight it in court. I regret that now.

  • What a bizarre country you guys live in.

  • @3:00 -In my state, Alaska, noone would ever say a thing, because everyone age 18 and over is allowed to automatically CCW there thanks to a pro-freedom Democrat named Eric Croft. No rapists, robbers, or murderers know who's armed, and who's not, unless they make a stupid assumption in one of the few places that guns are stupidly banned, such as a bar, school, etc...

  • gun cannot be tucked in the pants like that! has to be outside the waistband!

  • @kearnej

not in that state, and it is visible so its not concealed, as soon as he puts on a coat that covers the weapon he is now concealed carrying which in most states in a felony. if the gun were in a holster, the same pat of the gun would be showing, no more or less as stuck in the pants.

  • @kearnej Post the exact state constitution verbage to that effect, please.

  • @kearnej depends on the state

  • Dave is it common where you live for police officers to take interest in folks who are openly carrying a firearm? I am just curious, what are they trying to accomplish? They seem like they are trying to intimidate you or something haha.

  • great gov relations ridley. keep up the good work

  • One time, I was at a gun show and I had my weapon on my hip (open carry) and one of the event police officers was reaching for my weapon because he saw that it didnt have a tiewrap thru it, and I grabbed his hand and told him that he should never reach for a mans weapon. I think he knew he was in the wrong, but I told him I would be happy to leave. I talked to his chief later, and told him that it is dangerous for his officers to reach for someones weapon. He agreed.

  • What did he do when ya grabbed his hand after he went for your weapon? Im suprprised he didnt get you for assulting an officer. I assumed you filed a complaint against him? Either way, keep up with the open carry

  • No I didn't file a report or anything, but my biggest concern was him reaching for my weapon like that. He could have accidently discharged it in a room full of people. I was actually in my security uniform that day too. I didnt realize you had to have a tie wrap installed on the gun to keep the slide from being closed, and I think he noticed it didnt have one. it was more or less a communication issue :) Police or no police, reaching for someones firearm is a no no.. :)

  • Sargon, I was being fecetious. I strap every single day legally here in TN. When I went to Chicago last November, (obviously a bastion for peace and love and non-violence), I was horrified to learn they had no reciprocity agreement with TN to accept my handgun permit. I almost didn't go. I had to ride the train where I saw plenty of baggy-pants thugs- I'd be surprised if they weren't packing. Was terrified the entire time.

  • when we can have this freedom here in IL i am not asking for an open carry !! just let me have concealed carry !! Go NH !!

  • Sargon, what's wrong? Don't you feel safer with all the guns off the streets of Illinois??? No? You feel like a potential victim each time you walk your front door? Hmm that's not the way people living in a gun-free community should feel....because of course, all the guns are off the streets, right ? ..... right ?

  • wrong i will feel safer if evey good Citizen and my self carry a gun !! i live in chicago and work late at night 2 of my friend was rabed one in train station and if you look at 2008 there were more Americans killed in chicago then Iraq + afghanistan !!

  • also your wrong again when you think that the guns are off the street your gun conterl dosnt work it only disarm the good Citizen !! putting the face a side the feedom to carry should be Decided by you not the Gov !!

  • New Hapshire - like Rhoad Island - Is one seriously fucked up state. Well not as fucked up as RI - but close.........

Glad I live in the midwest, were the men a women are armed, and the sheep are nervus... Ha-ha

  • no , we can concealed carry too...just need a license. easy to get, valid in 20 states or so.

  • @RidleyReport as i understand none of those states border NH. Do you need to be 21 for concealed/open carry? I turned 18 last june.

  • @jaket61 There is no age limit on open carry but you need to be 21 to own a pistol.

  • why do you want people to know you have a gun on you? i mean, guess whos going to be the first dead mother fucker in a bank robbery.... you are! they will see your gun, then you will be a target. so continue on with your attention getting scam. i will continue to carry my gun, hidden, so no one tries to kill me.

  • I believe they're petitioning the right to carry concealed. Since NH has no concealed permit law, people can only open carry.

  • i just think its a bad idea to open carry. most of these guys do not have tactical training yet they are advertising weapons. any criminal will be much happier knowing who they have to be careful of. not to mention, criminal will try to take your weapon.

  • That logic is a fallacy, and if you operated in any tactical or paramilitary/military role you would realize this.

Blue on Blue occurs as a byproduct of adrenaline and/or improper target acquisition.

I personally have witnessed a large portion of very well trained soldiers, on occasion, perform an accidental discharge.

A typical firearm has no more than 4 controls to operate, which is far more than a motor vehicle.

Recently a 90 year old man defended his home with his firearm.

  • Thats funny, I was Battalion trainer for several weapons systems, and am likewise a veteran. I have seen retarded ass 1sg's/Medics/etc. accidentally discharge their sidearm after declaring it unloaded. I am btw a combat veteran of the initial invasion of Iraq (March 20th 2003)

By your own admission even the best trained people fuck up. (Durr)

It takes less common sense or social adaptation to learn to always have your weapon on safe, than it does to drive a fucking car.

  • I think your statement is simply another shining example of "Guns cause death" hysteria. The type that obviously insinuates that mass murders should occur at gun shows.

Also, I have a buddy who served his time in the Canadian Army, and he elaborated the finer details of going to the range withthe M2, and only assembling and disassembling it because they couldnt afford rounds to actually fire it.

    Now thats combat training excellence!

  • Good thing you dont get to decide. I have the right to own them, trained or not, wether you like it or not.

  • Really? I've never heard one story of such a case. Can you point a few of these stories out for me? Oh and no 3rd person stories. I would like to see some documented cases. Thanks!

  • We don't discriminate because of age, and if you did, at what age would you say a person can't carry a weapon...?

  • At whatever age a person can not carry out loading, ready, firing, make safe, and unloading drills competently and in a quick orderly manner. This should be examined every several years.

  • here in the uk,we have to keep our fists holstered.

  • lol..fists of fury?

  • You would be better off swearing at the Queen while fondling a child than defend yourself against a physical attack here.If someone breaks into your home and you are not in danger, you are NOT allowed to attack that person. Give me the USA anyday.

  • wow...i couldn't tollerate that...ever heard of the "make my day law"? i live in colorado... and that law, more or less, gives you the right to kill any tresspasser on your poperty (not just in your house) free of any jail time or legal action from anyone..it's already been used here...only in america

the one stupid draw back...if you don't kill him and he gets away...and sues...you're screwed...only in america...LOL

  • I take it you are Canadian as well? Your statement is actually incorrect. As a property owner, or a lawfully appointed agent of a property, you are allowed to use as much force as is REASONABLY necessary to prevent an offence in relation to your property from occuring or from continuing to occur. Simply put - no, you can't kill someone for breaking into your house, but you can defend your property.

  • Yeah and then get sued for breaking his fingernail and causing him distress and pain. UK Law sucks big style and everyone knows it.

  • That's US law where you get sued for breaking somebody's fingernail...Canadian law is designed to prevent frivoulous lawsuits...you can sue all you want but 90% of judges will dismiss the case before it even goes to trial...

  • "To carry a weapon means you have no faith in the good of your fellow countrymen." --

So then you think we should disband all police because to have them shows a lack of faith in your countrymen?

I know that there will always be criminals. I choose to take responsibility for myself.

  • @OnGuard4Liberty

I have no faith in my fellow countrymen. People are shitty.

Everyone is a threat until proven otherwise!

I pack a Springfield XD-9 every time I go out.

  • You're a moron! Any time you walk around a big city carrying a firearm open, you are going to be scrutinized. Don't try to make out like you are being harassed. Use your head and exercise your right to carry concealed when you are in the city STUPID!

  • Not everyone has a right to concealed carry but in NH they all have the right to open carry. The police should know the laws before they hit the streets and stop bother citizens.

  • I live in Ohio and I was openly carrying my pistol while I mowed my grass on my own property. The neighbors called 911 so the police had to come and check it out. They told me I wasnt breaking any law but since some idiot called 911 they had to come out. They suggested that I not do it anymore.

  • Bull&$%*! Wear your gun all the time, people need to see them. I hate people like that! Freakin busy bodies. At least your not saying that the police talking to you about it was illeagal.

  • I forgot to mention the police told me that if I kept doing it and they kept getting calls they could charge me with inducing panic.Even though I'm on my own property and NOT breaking any law.

  • weel thats just bs, cause you were probably acting like a jackass and they didnt want to have to deal with you again.

  • i love how he always faces towards the person hes talking to and always faces them as they try to move to the sides of him

  • i love these new hampshire people so polite and effective at guarding themselves and setting an outstanding example of good citizenship

  • You should not get automatically mad at a cop for questioning you concerning your open carry. Some cops don't know, Others are just questioning which it is their job to do, And others are just assholes. Do not lump all 3 into the last option. If they do not know, Teach them. If they are just questioning, Be polite and explain yourself keeping your rights in mind, The cop is just doing his/her job questioning based on ether a report or their own volition. And if they are assholes report them.

  • There's plenty reason to be agitated by a police officer questioning a law-abiding citizen. Questioning law-abiding citizens is not a police officer's job. And as far as teaching them, my time is valuable and I don't need to waste it training the police.

  • amazing what happens when your nice and cooperative to the police. imagine that? Carrying a gun is a responsability and a privilage of citizenship. Even if you dont beleive in society, society beleives in you!

  • Wrong! Carrying a gun is not a privilege of citizenship. It is an inherent right that predates this country. The Supreme Court said exactly that in DC v. Heller very recently.

  • Wrong! Its a privelage in this country, bud. If your a felon your inherent right is taken away! there fore not inherent and not a right. Period! Your guns can be taken away, therefore owning and carrying weapons in the US is a PRIVELAGE. Period.

  • "Wrong! Its a privelage in this country, bud." --

Ha ha...No, the highest law of the land is the Constitution and it states "The **RIGHT** of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed."

"If your a felon your inherent right is taken away!" --

Yeah, some felonies abdicate your right to life. Does that mean living is a privilege in this country? If so, how can you say you live in anything but a despotism?

  • I can't say its not a despotism! But its the best one ive ever lived in! If you kill people with guns or cause crimes I think the gov't has every right to, and should, take away your "right" to bear arms. Would you have prisoners open carry in jail? Whats with all the guns anyway? dosn't anyone put up thier dukes anymore? this is why kids are bringing guns to school now, cause we leave them no choice, their... out gunned!

  • "If you kill people with guns or cause crimes I think the gov't has every right to, and should, take away your "right" to bear arms"--

Sure, self defense and justice are inherent to the idea of rights; you can't have one without the other. By violating another's rights, you abdicate some of your own. We agree.

"this is why kids are bringing guns to school now" --

Kids have always brought guns to school in America. It's just been within the last 30 or so years that it became taboo to do so.

  • Wrong, kids have not brought guns to school on a regular basis. Get some sleep, your starting to fantasize. "WE"? are you the collective? creepy. If our society was working properly we wouldn't need to bring guns with us everywhere. Worry less abouth the guns and more about what your kids are saying to each other in the school yard.

  • "kids have not brought guns to school on a regular basis." --

My grandfather did. He brought it to school for his riflery class (held on school grounds) and I recently talked to an older gentleman who said his mother had him carry a gun to class in case he saw any game.

"If our society was working properly we wouldn't need to bring guns with us everywhere" --

If. In the meantime, I will exercise my human right - my Constitutional right - to defend life, liberty and property with a gun.

  • "its NOT a human right" --

If life, liberty and property are not human rights, than there is no such thing as human rights. If life, liberty and property are human rights, then defense of them is inherent in it.

"But you do have the right until the government takes it away" --

The gov't can't take away rights anymore than a mugger can. They can infringe on those rights though, and they often do.

"To maintain order, police need to outgun criminals" --

    Citizens need to outgun govenrment.

  • And lawful gun owners need to say enough is enough!

  • I open carry in my state. Every once in a while I'm bothered (as like in the video) but overall I'm left alone.

A right unexersed is a right lost.

  • @Weapon01 Right on !

  • I won't be tried in my state for open carry - PROUD Lebanon, New Hampshire resident.

  • that was pretty touching actually.

  • I have met many immigrants from Bosnia in New Hampshire, many in the Lebanon, NH area.

  • I guess people are trying real hard to not let the truth out. great job again Ridley.

  • Freedom is cool! Let's keep it around longer.

    Down with oppression.

  • to be honset, ridley, i can barely understand the parts in english...too much background noise. maybe you can subtitle those too?

  • Ridley is a man of many talents :-)

  • cool

  • So, are you coming to NH too brother?

  • How much for an efficiency apartment? How's the waiting scene?

  • There are lots of places You can check out Craigslist, PorcManor and the Free State Project forum to find out more. If you are close to the ocean, and in Concord, and Portsmouth it might be more, but not always. Lots of places for rent there and lots of free staters have places for a single guy to hold up until he gets his feet planted =)

  • The world is what we make of it.

  • Ridley-You are such a multi faceted individual.

I had never seen this video before thanks for reposting.

  • what can't ridley do?
