  • oh dear

  • What a load of shit

  • wow the dreamcast

    i forgot about that

    it was fun

  • cant see, please turn up sensitivity on the camera

  • damn cant see anything , i could just barely make out the dreamcast intro logo lol. well anyways this gives me a good idea of what to do later on since i plan on getting a projector for all my classic and new gaming needs...i wonder how im gonna run a genesis on one lol

  • most consoles have connection leads available, its also pretty easy to attack a pc to a big screen tv and play a load of ROM'S.

    still good though.

  • Next time on Make: How to set your video camera correctly, so that the picture is not too dark. ;-)

  • cant see too dark

  • Cheap bastard , that's what you are ...

  • nice video.

  • ummmm HENCE RETRO!

  • yeah...umm...well...that was the technology back then. In a decade or so we'll be saying that Call of Duty 4 is crap or whatever...

  • lol yeah maybe

  • wow you plugged in rca cables into a projector your so smart.

  • no kidding..

  • LMAO. It's so true... :D

  • get a at zoombox walmart dot com

  • ha jk looks like one sept for the controler input :]

  • was that a playstation one???haha

  • no fool, a Sega Dreamcast

  • So basicaly, the moral of the story is that you can conect a projector to a games console. And that shit projectors are shit.

  • This guys a doofus. I got an LCD projection PANEL off ebay cheap. picked up and overhead projector like in highschool. you set the panel on the overhead! (there made for it) I have a 5ft projection on the wall thru my videocard that I play M.A.M.E., battlefield 1942, jedi knight, etc. In 1024x768 32bit. Cheaper that that crap an bright and chrisp. The panel wasn't intended for gaming, it was for teaching but works great.

  • hey i have that same projector they went on sale for like $125 and the same speakers and a dreamcast i bet nobody cares if i have the same things i saw this video on google

  • you know what.... you may be on to something there, panchogordo1

  • The point is that most folks under the age of 25 have been spoiled by ever improving graphics and crystall clear sound. There is just one thing that a lot of recent games LACK that retro games have in truck-loads....PLAYABILITY!!! Some of todays games may look and sound pretty, but get old real freakin quick! Old games like these did'nt have superb gfx and sound so they had to make up for it! Sems to be an area where they cop-out these days! Respect the Miner 2049er!!!

  • Why go to all that trouble, to play naff games!

  • I don't see why this is called a HOWTO. It doesn't take a scientist to know that if you hook a projector up to something with a display output, it's gonna project out onto the wall.

Where is the teaching part? Where are we learning how to do something that's not blatantly obvious?

  • You can emulate all of those retro Atari 800 XL / XE games and still have S-Video out to a projector from this handheld. Here's a video of it doing just that.

  • this thing lags on loading. but it basically this guy taking some cheap projector and taking an atari gaming consol and playing it..........still who the hell even plays atari these days? simply a waste of time to watch...

obviously, this guy is out of his time. he should see what a PSP can do.........hahah

  • You obviously don't know how fun retro games can be then.

  • obviously not, he started gaming with tomb raider or something. i hate people who place graphics in front of playability. jamesvo, a great game in 86 is a great game 20 years later.

  • ahhhh kids...

  • im 13 years old and i still play atari !!!

    and i play xbox 360 to !

a good game of 20 years old stay a good game even today compared to halo 3

  • im 13, i play neo geo, atari, gameboy, playstation, wii, n64, snes, nes, megadrive, master system and turbografx 16

  • Is just me or, when we are supposed to see some screen footage, the movie goes black and all I get is the sound?
