  • many animals died in the turkish delfin shows.. its a crime to hunt the animals in the wide open spaces and to slave and to beat these wonderful animals in the little prisons!!! this is a shit capitalism reality.. ithink this is the same like the slavery of the black humans from africa in the old usa... nobody has the right to slave the animals for many!! rulez for everyone-- stopp this shit in turkey, spain and italy!people are people and animals are animals!! the right of life for everybody!!

  • Haven't you heard them answering?? :-)

  • @FrankLame they talking to each others..not u

  • beautiful!!!!!!!

  • Comment removed

  • look at them go - as one - beautiful creatures

  • wow so lovely

  • wow..

    you are really lucky.

    hope to see them too!!!

  • Zijn jullie alleen op zoek naar dolfijen en orca's? Ik ben benieuwd of er ook zee reptielen zijn. (krokodillen,) zeeslangen en schildpadden niet meegerekend.

  • Awesome!!

  • Lol, they're trying to make you dizzy by swimming around you and making you spin in circles

  • Beautifull ! How they come and communicate with you, had the same experience on Dec 02nv 2009 at Ben El Gebel Hurghada. Something you won't ever forget.

  • I love watching this video! I can only hope that one day I'll have a similar experience!!!

    Thanks for sharing!! :o)

  • Shaab El Erg ?too far for day boats from Hurghada have to be from El Gouna

  • No Shabrur Uhm Gamar (but true, its in the North of Hurghada)

  • nice at shabrur then

  • hi how deep is it

  • If I remember correctly somewhere between 10 and 15 m

  • i have seen it too :) love red sea,the most beautiful experience in my life:)

  • Hi just come back from Hurghada done two weeks of diving did not see dolphins but could hear them under the water. did eagle rays though.

  • aww wow :) on are trip we didnt see any :(

  • i am at the airport waiting for my plane to go to hurgada right now!

  • wow that must have been great, i would have used up all my air with excitment

  • i already saw, hug , and swim w/ the dolphins,.. so nice.....

  • Really, really amazing! I'm going to Hurghada this august, and after watching this vid. I just would like to be diving right now!!! :D Thank you so much for sharing this with us!

  • Its there world down there in the ocean.

  • Wow this looks amazing! Really want to dive next year on my Dominican holiday. Can anyone tell me if you have to be a particularly good swimmer to dive? I can swim but i'm not fantastic! It looks easier underwater? Is that right? x

  • I want to hug this dolphin HAHA..! =P

  • I wish I could do that. Listen to them make their noises.

  • How much did this wonderful experience cost?

    I would adore to go!

  • It would probly cost 150-400 for scuba lessons, a whole lot of money to go to a place that has dolphins, and maybe a round 400 for your own gear, and thats comeing frome a open water diver.

  • what camera did you use olympus sony cannon samsung how much did it cost

  • You can hear them quite clearly communicating with each other. How sad that the divers didn't know how to interact but still a beautiful vid. Thanks

  • Yup, although the more important part of dolphin communication actually lies in motions; only then come touch and sound.

  • @Ilavenya Dolphins don't particularly like being touched by humans though.

  • @ladysblues Didn't know you were the expert

  • I realise that it's probably more complex than something that can be written on youtube but what sort of things should one do to interact with dolphins (just in case I come into contact with some)?

    Fantastic video!!!

  • Never touch one, especially on their pectoral fins, and try to move the way they do. Don't be as inanimate as the people in this video.

  • @ladysblues

    And no aggression against humans?

  • I went to Sharm El Sheikh but sadly there were no dolphins around :(

Were going back there next April and maybe we might get lucky :)

  • I know the feeling to dive with dolphins it's so amazing! A year ago a made vacation on egypt and I dived with 11 dolphins. I can't discibe this feeling. It was wonderful

  • Really? I love love to dive with them and orcas. Is it fun?

  • Wonderful! u r lucky!

  • WOW My girlfriend and I are going to Hurgahada in three weeks, I hope (1) there's a wetsuit big enough for me and (2) we get to experience something like this. Great vid.

  • AMAZING!!!!!!!! BEAUTIFUL!!! WONDERFUL video!!! Congrats!

  • انا طالب بهندسه ميكانيكا ونفسى اتعلم الغطس ياريت تساعدونى

  • Some of these dolphins try to communicate in several ways and repeat this many times until about 1:43. At this point the individuals lose interest, turn the divers down and tend towards each other. Dolphins rarely just swim without communicating, every move and sound has a meaning.

This is a dynamic situation and the divers don't know what they are supposed to do or what's going on. Yet one attempts to touch an individual, which is a mistake and could have ended with an attack.

  • Its seems to me they are smiling)! nice vide thanks.

  • were you diving at elphistone??

  • No this was as Shabrur Uhm Gamar

  • Umm, hostile...

Given my choice between trusting a strange human or a strange dolphin, I'll take my chances with Flipper.

35 years ago, when I surfed off a local beach called Tamarack, the dolphins hung out there a lot, but they could have a rather, uhhh, PHYSICAL sense of humor.

I swear they would deliberately pop up right next to me, when I was out past the breakers resting, just to hear me scream. :)

"Hey, Fred, watch this. I bet ya three oysters I can make this surfer piss his wetsuit."

  • My parents would hang out at the shores of the black sea in Ukraine, many years ago. They would sleep on the shore and be awoken early in the morning by dolphins splashing and breathing right near the shore. Man dolphins truly are unique.

  • beautiful!

come check my dophin vid out!

    cheers!

  • absolutely fantastic,amazing experience :)

  • february spelling is wrong!

  • That's only true when you assume that it is English ... which it isn't!

  • Indeed. It's Dutch.

  • ur lucky

  • So beautiful, maybe they were asking us not to continue to pollute the water.

  • They should go ask China to stop polluting the water too! Man is it ever BADDDD over there! Something needs to be done about that part of the world, they are being SO careless!

  • there they only will get choped up for sushi

  • Great video.

Shame one of the divers had to try to touch a dolphin! That's just not on.

  • I disagree. He did NOTHING forceful. Dolphins are VERY social creatures. They enjoy being close to one another and for many, they enjoy humans. Dolphins will allow what they are comfortable with and nothing more. No harm done in this video.

  • But you have to admit, the dolphin is a wild animal, even if they do like human interaction.

You wouldn't do that with a lion. They like human interaction too (especially when they're hungry)

  • I had to take a double take i thought for a moment there you said "shame one of the divers had to try and stab a dolphin thats just not on"

He held his hand out nothing more, touch of the green eyed monster i think!!

  • This is one of its kind encounter.Unique!

    Congratulations!

    Moises.

  • WOW!!!! Lucky encounter!

  • i've always wanted to swim with dolphins.but this summer i actually got to feed and pet one which was a big thing for me

  • they said: assalamo aleikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh

  • HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!! why on earth are u making this funny noise ? they wont understand u ;-)

  • The stranger you behave, the more chance that you'll get their interest and consequently the longer they will stay!

  • hehehe, i know what you mean. i came back from hurghada few days ago and we had the same pleasure of swimming with dolphins, not 15, but 4... Im sure i was making the same stupid noises. which reefs did u go to? take care

I went to Dahab in Egypt, got my openwaterpadi overthere, diving is so relaxing, another world for sure. great video!

  • VET

  • Nice place to dive!!!

  • Guys can you make this version with the Enigma song Dream of the Dolphin?

  • I will check out that song later and see if it fits with the movement. However, I did not add sound so far as you can now hear the whisling and clicking of the dolphins (and even at the very end some 'laughing' sounds, although I do not believe that can be heard in this version).

  • WOW had to watch it again and again... if you do put that song.. it will make me cry... best song ever. Thanks for sharing!

  • WOW AMAZING! I can only dream....

  • Does anyone know how long they can hold their breath under water and are they ever hostile towards humans?

  • They can stay under water for some 15 minutes before having to return to the surface.

  • And yes, they can be hostile, especially with young like in this video. But the filmer did well and let them approach him, so everybody had a good time, dolphins included.

  • Amazing... I lived almost 3 years in Hurghada, obviously I saw dolphins but never dived with so many all together, you were really lucky!

  • thats really kool

  • beautiful,peaceful and tranquil.Thanks for sharing.

  • o wow that would be so soooo much fun! im jealous!

  • OHHHHHHHH wow,, love it, dolphins and orcas rule.

  • i love dolphins<3

  • Wow that's so awesome. And there are so many of them!! Im going next month for the first time to Egypt hugrada.. I'll hope i meet them too ;)

  • .....hahaha,around 00:28 to 00:30,sounds like a dolphin saying yahoo! or is it just me?......anyway i love dolphin's thank your for showing this video! ^_^

  • This might be a case of Dolphin Evolution ... or is it Human 'Devolution'??

  • LMAO!!....ya it could be...

  • wheren is that in hurghada??? EL Fanous????

  • Uncommonly, we encoutered the dolphins (or did they encounter us??) at Shabrur Uhm Gamar. At that time we were the only boat there and just the three of us still under water ...

  • Perfect! Lovely film:)

Do you use wideangle adaptor? What camera?

  • This was filmed with a Sony HC1000 3 CCD camera in a Amphibico Invader housing with - indeed - a 120 degree wide angle port lens

  • @FrankLame thats not wide angle enough shoulda went with a 35mm or 10-20mm

  • awesome

  • man ur a very fast diver :D good shooter to good job bro (Y)

  • fatastic mate :D

  • stik, maar dan ook echt stikjaloers
