@TheBeastOfDarkcova Dude , people who get the Drake Sword are not lazy. People have a very fucking nice sword that can be achieved by just chopping off the dragon's tail and some people just don't get it. The person has to buy something like 50 arrows and a bow, people have to fight for it , and you call them lazy ?

What He should've done was take some arrows that the merchant in the sewers was selling, and go back to get the Drake Sword. It would have been totally worth it. Way better than his "glorious" Uchigatana XD.

Hey, for those that don't know, like ghost unfortunately, you don't have to kill the merchant to get the residence key, you can buy it off him for 2,000 souls which is easy to get back by simply using the bonfire by the ladder to under the bridge with the dragon. Go under it, shoot the tail once with an arrow and it'll breath fire and give you 300 souls each time. Don't worry, if you take off the tail and get the sword, the tail comes back.

@jirryan from what ive found out, not it doesnt make it any more difficult but leveling up once or twice doesnt really seem to make a difference to your character either you have to do it quite a few times to notice any changes unless you pump all your level skills into vitality or something

With the Drake Sword I one shot both the dogs with one swipe, luckily they both came at me at the same time, then I just ran up the stairs and dropped on his head a few times and he dropped, quite an easy fight overall.
