haha i used to want one REALLY badly... and i finally got it done at 16... it doen't really hurt during the piercing because the clamping kinda numbs the area. so to know how it kinda feels like you could try pinching your belly real tight... that's about how it feels like.. you wont feel the piercing(or even know it's done) coz it only takes less than a second for the needle to get through.

i do piercings and some people do have tougher or thicker skin than others, you could be skinny with thick skin and fat with thin skin, everyone is different.

Thats strange... why does it seem like a slower piercing process. I got it done at the same place a year ago. And it was a pretty speedy process. Hahaha... but I was surprised that it didnt really hurt. I would say that the pericing impact on the ear is slightly more painful. Maybe tongue piercing for me next?
