Well, he's a tricky character to figure out. Clearly we're in on his secret and know he's intelligent, but we also know he puts on an act of being a silly bird. I think this is to let us want to play with him, which means he must want to play with us back, unless he just wants the attention but isn't actually interested. It's up to you!
Pugin is just one of those pigeons alex. I want to play with him, or maybe he's too scholarly. What do you think? Would he play?
