@marioshrooming Search for the Sega CD version. I'd paste it here but I keep getting an error message when trying to post the link. It doesn't skip a beat. It sounds dramatic and tension-filled throughout the ENTIRE song. The version we're commenting on here is just HORRIBLE by comparison.

Sigh...the damn soundtrack version. This one was SUCH an epic disappointment. All of the tension I felt from the original version? GONE. This is about the WORST official remix I've ever heard.

This is by far the best Boss fight themed music in any game I've ever played. It just gets you so juiced to just kick some ass. Especially when some battles took a long time.

if you haven't already looked around, there was talk of a Lunar 3, but the last word I heard goes all the way back to 1998-2000, so, doesn't look that likely

I also have it for the PSX as well, but listening to the sega saturn version I can tell the difference between the use of PCM encoding and MIDI format.

Look at a gameplay video on the PSX and then on the sega saturn. Should be able to tell the difference. It's also been stated that the audio on the sega saturn version is better in comparison. I'm just repeating facts.

audio can easily be scewered when passed around all over the net, or uploaded on youtube, and there's no way to confirm that its actually from that version, i'd rather trust what i hear coming out of the TV in my own room, as opposed to a video on any website.
