  • Nice video and concept. Maby there can be small units to charge cellphones, ipods, and standard rechargeable batteries. I'll have to look it up.

  • it's4.6 kW/h per month, I believe that the image associated with the comment states it's 4.5 kw/h per month from a 25 cm turbine blade.

  • Ah okay, but the unit is "Kilowatt hour" Not "Kilowatt per hour". So it's about 6.25 watts average per 25 cm turbine. That seems like a realistic number. Is that measured or calculated?

  • Ah I think I figured it out. You mean a KWH (not per hour). Your 25cm turbine can make 4 KWH in a month, or an average of 5.5 watts.

    How do you deal with changing wind direction and how is the noise of all those gears meashing?

  • the system is bi-directional and has a capture area of 240 out of 360 degrees however, we also have the directional models.
