For everyone wondering, this probably didn't make the finalists because he didn't follow directions. One of the rules was to put your name in the title of the video. It's easy to get a lot of views when your title suggests that it's the real incubus version (not saying this is a bad cover, just trying to explain why they probably had that rule).
