  • Don't be stupid LET ME HELP YOU! XD

This dub was awesome! Everybody did wonderful! :)

  • clouds emo...

  • great work!

  • To be honest, your new take on Sephiroth is a lot better than your old take (not that I don't like your old take). People may not agree with me but I don't like the music change (maybe it's because I'm more used to the original music). I don't think the Wolverine Origins music fit in this scene. I thought the original should've stayed. It's just my opinion and I hope that doesn't offend you. And as for everyone else, everyone did a good job. Good dub and editing! :D

  • Ohmy! Whoa--a Sephiroth who displays uumm "leashed passion" but remains ominous?! Amazing...but deepens the characterization and wow to Dusk Requiem's Cloud this time too. His "surrender" to Sephiroth was perfect. RhapsodyDusk--<3 your Tifa. All the v.a.s were great and heaps of praise to the directors and editors--excellent work!!

  • oh and i absolutely love the music selection here and its placing. since you use a lot of string or orchestra bgm its easier to cut and blend so you should take advantage of that by placing the cresendos an stuff on very certain parts of the speech or scenes. enhance the mood with the cutting and editing of the tracks themselves as opposed to just placing. but i loved it! we have similar tastes in bgm. :)

  • the growth from the last version of this is amazing. the performances are all solid. My favorite aspect of Kieran's Cloud are his grunts and shouts. Sara as Tifa has always been great, nothing more to say there. The 3 mains were all great and fitting. David, i love how more laid back and teeming with evil Sephiroth sounds here. although honestly the redone script seemed over the top for me. though i like a refined sephiroth i felt this was a bit much.

  • @christiansekhanan Joss Whedon I ain't XD. Though.... if you have some writing to suggest (please say you do because your writing is bioware grade) then that would be wonderful

  • I woke up to happiness this morning... 8 D

  • Sounding MUCH better than before. I still have a few more notes, but from "impossible" onward it is perfection in motion, dude, well freaking done!

  • now if only you lissened to the real english vesion of this you would see half of your translations are rong

  • @47871553 he's done the official English translation before, obviously he just took liberties with the script. Also the English version isn't a word for word translation as in all Japanese to English works it had to be reworded to make sense to us. Also if you want to point out things that are 'rong' I would look no further than your own spelling.

  • @47871553 why not try translating your own English first, mr rong.

  • @CumQuaT1337 hey i might not be able to spell but that dosnt meen i cant speek corectily

  • @47871553 You're just digging that illiteracy hole deeper, my friend.

  • @CumQuaT1337 i disagree

  • Wow! Your Sephiroth sounds...more darker...and calmer, I really does sound better o.o I love the improv with the lines here, Its just amazing! Really great! Clouds voice was truely superb and his acting was fantastic! Tifa voice was also great, really matched her character acting was very well done. Mixing I am astonished at, everything sounds so...right! Like a real scene from a game! Great job all of you, excellent work!

  • Nice one David! It's good to see you adding more layers to your performance. One minor complaint though is that your natural voice leaks out at 0:54 and Sephiroth becomes Aussie! XD

Good stuff from the others too but Sara when you are dodging Sephiroth's blade swipes (and this could be from David's choices and have nothing to do with you) I would have liked to hear more clenched teeth "Tsssh" sounds especially at 1:45. You do it once in that segment and I think a few more with

  • @OneWingedChaosDubs stronger emphasis would have done wonders. Also (this is very minor too) Majin's Donald 'yell' could have used more oomph as well. Again good stuff, on a mixing note, perhaps next time use some slight reverb when Cloud enters in the cavernous area (like in Dusk's version of this).

  • @OneWingedChaosDubs but less reverb than Dusk used as it was a bit too powerful in his version
