Now I'm looking at making the 7 I have into a V8 and doing some racing myself, any suggestions on how to do it?
It's not just the engine that wins races! The yellow TR7 also has a 4 litre V8 and the TR5 has a 2.7 litre Triumph 6 cylinder engine (about 250 BHP). The TR5 is a much better handling car than the TR7 and they are both being driven by very capable drivers. The TR5 actually won the race with the yellow TR7 second and me third; all very close.

Its the engine that is powerful and an excellent driver. Guys the engine is American.
