Really not too shabby of a literal video. It's really good for a first attempt. I certainly hope to see more from you. I'm pretty sure Tobuscus wasn't always as good at "literal-ing" trailers as he is now and had to start somewhere. As far as the haters go, well, haters will be haters. I'm sorry I can't offer anything constructive at the moment though.

A nice attempt. It was maybe a bit too literal at points (what makes tobys literals funny is that the literal comments are often about things you are not thinking about), and the voice is a bit off at the beginning. But for a first attempt it's pretty good. What the hell is that indeed... (according to the guys in the IGN rewind it's the most awesome thing ever, btw)

Nor do I think you should copy his style. But it's natural to compare as you are using his idea and, I suspect, as a bit of a reference.

For what matters, I think your script is better than Toby's earlier ones, but your voices aren't as good (Toby somehow created voices that are funny per se). But I admit the comparison is somewhat unfair because Toby is more or less a professional at this

@uvauva2 Yeah, I wasn't very happy with my voice either. I've been out of practice for a while. Hopefully, I'll make my voice sound better in future videos. And by the way, making literal trailers wasn't Toby's idea; it was an already established meme that he popularized. No doubt, he is definitely more professional, but I hope to eventually reach his level of quality.
