I'd say anything less than four to one he'd be still in the running. Star Wars is more epic than Halo, and has been around longer, but the whole power of the force hasn't exactly been built upon. If you can do all sorts of crazy things with the force in this game, how come you never see Jedi doing them in the movies?

I suppose it all depends on the following:

When in The Force unleashed does the battle take place (Presuming Galen/Starkiller is alive), as he develops new powers over the game, whereas the Master Chief only really gains the ability to dual-Wield, and an infinite flashlight battery.

Secondly, how vulnerable is the MJOLNIR armor to being slashed at (it doesn't seem to stop a class-1 energy weapon, so a lightsaber should cut it, as they are apparently better), being crumpled into a little..

The Apprentice takes down an ISD with relativly little effort, with only his bare hands, whereas the chief requires an enormous bomb to replicate the feat.

Could the apprentice deflect whatever projectiles the Cheif was using? as he does in-game

Actually I'm a big fan of halo, but nothing beats the old/new classic starwars! And by the way, those two games are UNCOMPARABLE, they have huge graphic differences and they have extremely different gaming types. I mean, halo is shooter, force unleashed is action/adventure.
