  • Why the good one!!! Fuck you government trying to look like you're doing something good!

  • PUTAMARE ME TIENEN COJUDO CON EL BLOQUEO DEL AUDIO ._.

    YOU FUCKERS!!!!

  • youtube killed the soundtrack. have you posted this anywhere else?

  • I really like the sound ! It's quite relaxing ... :-)

  • you're really good i wish i could play the guitar like u p.s. have u thought about doing tom petty : last dance with mary jane, running down a dream, free falling ??

  • Nice searing sound setup. Good job, Bud

  • Nice work buddy.

  • Is really good man! Excellent guitar work!

I played this tune for years on my Strat then one day I tried it on a Les Paul and it stuck to my hand.

  • "Damn you Tommy Tutone!"

  • one again.........AWESOME! thanks for taking the time. I have learned so much from your posts! tons of new covers that i can pull out. Great stuff.

  • 1 persons home phone number is 867-5309

  • Dude you rock.I love the way you manage to play all the essential parts of the songs.I notice that on a lot of these covers on youtube guys only play one of the guitar parts then twiddle their thumbs while a different guitar part is playing. You are a man after my own heart. If you learn a multi-guitar track song, the listener expects to haer all the riffs,so it is important to play an arrangement with all guitar parts combined if humanly possible.Keep the vids coming.

  • @laiosto Thanks for saying that. I usually try to do arrangements that would get you through a gig at a bar! I do get requests for a specific guitar part, so sometimes I do just that bit. But for the most part, I try to do a passable version for one guitar player.

  • @privettricker That's exactly what you achieve, getting most of us through a gig. If we are playing the song 'in the groove' as you demonstrate, and people are up and dancing, then it's working for you. If, like me, you are doing covers.....as most of us are I would suspect, then your lessons are gold.

Thanks so much for your contribution to making many of us 'intermediate' guitarist look and sound pretty good on stage. Please keep doing it.

    John

  • Great tune, good work as usual. Sounds tuned down half step??

  • @icm65 Good question, I just fiddle with the tuners until I'm in tune with the CDs. Standard pitch is pretty irrelevant to me, to be honest.

  • We need to be neighbors. You don't live in Spokane, do you? Up on the South Hill? :-)

Great song, great riffs. I've never bothered figuring out the bridge, so thanks for doing the work for me.

  • The beginning riff is reminiscent of "Message In A Bottle". (Sorry, kinda random there)

  • @golfdom1987 I never thought of that, but now I can hear it.

  • had to change my phone# cuz of this damn tune. nicely done

  • Love, love, love all of these 80's tunes. It always seems as if you've got a different guitar. I'm curious, how many, what types, and what's your favorite to play?

  • Do you teach yourself all these tunes?

  • @TheKeetkeet66 Yes. And I charge myself a fortune for lessons.

  • @privettricker hehehe well, its worth it!! :)

  • @privettricker: And here I thought I was the only one!

  • cool t shirt

  • Great cover mate! I really like this song, and I think you nailed it :)

Could you make a brief lesson on it? I mean the verse variation and those two short lead parts?

  • Thanks again don't stop makin videos we enjoy them.

  • I love it man

  • ur too good

    :D

  • Fun stuff.

  • Great cover. I remember this song when I was in high school and I always wanted to learn to play it and now I have the chords. I wish I had you ability to play by ear. Keep up the great work.
