  • This first move you do has some similarities to the 'dragon flag' move (I think Rocky Balboa does this in a movie too) except using the dumbbells to keep hands form rising rather than holding the bottom of a bench.

    I can't make out the number, am wondering how heavy the pair of DBs are. Obviously the heavier the better for safety reasons since the idea is they not come up.

    Looks like an interesting way to stretch abductors and hamstrings using leg's own weight.

    Does this build neck extensors?
