Then in his first address to the nation about Katrina, not only did he seem casual and completely unaffected by it, he lied through his fucking teeth and said that no one expected the levees to breech when he was clearly briefed in advance that a breech is exactly what would happen in the event of a category 4 or 5 hurricane. Well I don't really agree with him on Clinton...especially because of all the work he's done after being out of office...but Clinton did sit on his ass while Rwanda took place and wouldn't even call it a 'genocide' while it was happening, and was wishy-washy on the war in Bosnia for three years. But he did make some sound policy decisions that Bush seemed utterly incapable of and certainly would never have invaded Iraq.
