  • where can i buy the type of weight vest in this video? the one that weighs 50 lbs and has the 2 shoulder weights that weigh 12.5 lbs each.

  • after i graduate college, I want to be a firefighter.. i have a question about the cpat stair climb. Does the instructor push a button that will make the equipement go at 60 steps per minute and you just have to walk that???

  • doing this next year when i graduate

  • Crain is married to my 10th grade literature teacher.

  • how long should the rope be for the hose pull? i start my training tomorrow

  • Nice job!

  • oohhhh..." MASTER FIRE FIGHTER"...LOL

  • This does not give the CPAT a good name. This video is so far from the truth. Theres to many breaks and not real apparatus to test with. Go to HB,CA and try the BIDDLE. I respect these FF but this video is rural America... HAS TO BE..

  • This video gives pretty decent thought as to how you train for the CPAT at home. Some folks do not have a gym around. Your right, this is set for rural America, but dont know the video. I found it informal and it gave me some good ideas for when I was training for the CPAT.

  • Guys, thanks for making this series of videos. Definitely gives somebody what can be expected of them during a CPAT. Thanks!

  • i've been training nearby my house with those sandbags you find on construction sites and huge rocks ive found to work on my stair climb
