I have heard it said that those who win Olympic gold and go on to compete have a target on their backs. I cannot imagine the pressure this must put on them. M&D are such special, magical skaters, and it is painful to watch them struggle. I guess they were my favorite pair of all time, and they remain so. Thanks again Axel.

In the fluff piece, Natalia and Artur were wearing the red-gray costumes - which program did those costumes belong to? I have seen footage of those costumes, but I always wondered if I actually saw the program. Did they have a different SP than Don Quixote in 1994 Olympics?

Was Natalia in love with Artur? It is interesting to hear she was bothered by his marriage to another women.

@russianskatingfan I don't know if Natalia was in love with Artur. But I can imagine that it would be very easy to fall in love with him, and Natalia was his training partner for many years.
