"what ever they need, i just serve it". no sigh, no aggrevated looks. you waste more time trying to talk them out of their request. i've had hundreds and hundreds of different requests. i worked, at least 15 years, with customers in their homes (bedrooms and closets, etc., running wires) and you would be surprised how many tips and customers (that take time out of their day) call the main office giving positive comments. he has the right attitude.
