Nothing wrong with he did. As long as he has line lock. Its not like the car is only air cooled it is liquid cooled. Sure the car got hot, but they dont make cars so that when they get a little hot they break. The rear sufferd when he dumped the clutch but thats normal. His fender wells are now protected better with rubber. Dont click on the video if all your gona do is skip to the end and make a bad comment

@redneck9507 While driving, air flows through the radiator ( containing coolant ) to cool the motor.. At that RPM without airflow the coolant temp is just going to rise.. Just because it is liquid cooled means the liquid stays cool

@jnic69 Dude, just an old-timer chiming in(34 years old...) The best thing to do is chock the front wheels. Unless your car has an adjustable proportioning valve, letting you dial all the brake to the front wheel calipers. Your rear calipers and rotors although not getting AS MUCH of the work as the fronts, probably suffered BIGTIME from that stunt. If you plan to make a habit of that or do any staged tired burning for racing, use a LINE LOCK. Give your trans and gears my sympathy too...
