Discussing with someone that says that Dom is better than Warren and Andy Taylor playing guitar is a waste of time, you show me how much idea you have about music. By the way, my 9 years old cousin can play this "solo", which is nice but, technically, nothing special. So u can keep thinking that "DOM IS BETTER THAN WARREN AND ANDY", you will make people's day because that is really funny.

And please, don't try to justify Dom mistakes by comparing him to Andy... Andy was the real king of the guitar in DD, his creativity has nothing to do with Dom's, who is still a nice guitar player.

Andy was in DD since 80-85 and then 2003-2006 if you use maths he was 9 years (not 25 in Duran Duran he was outside many times) and Dom appears to play with DD in 2004 till now :) He meets and know DD since 8 years..if you think,Andy was only a year more than Dom..in 2012,Dom will 9 :) Like Andy and if he keep will much more

But I won't accept you say than Dom is better than Andy, it is so ridiculous as comparing a BMW with a Fiat 500. The vid is for everybody and not only for Dom lovers, when you publish something and comment it as you did, you are exposed to this. They perfectly know that DD is sounding not as good as when Andy played in the band and that if they keep this way with Dom, the band will stop playing in a very few years.

It is just a non sense to compare Andy's quality and creativity to Dom's, there are ages of difference and, imo, Dom still needs a long way just to be a bit closer to Andy. Andy was in DD since 80-85 and then 2003-2006 if you use maths he was 9 years (not 25 in Duran Duran he was outside many times) and Dom appears to play with DD in 2004 till now :) He meets and know DD since 8 years..if you think,Andy was only a year more than Dom..in 2012,Dom will 9 :) Like Andy and if he keep will much more

In case he eventually did it, you cannot compare the risks that Andy took while playing with Dom, who only play guitar mathematically. I will insist forever that if you say that Dom is better than Andy, and now better than Warren, there is something wrong in you. It's not a matter of taste, just common sense.

@DenisseLeBonTaylor I am not unfair, just realistic, the fail is there. He does "good things" by following almost mathematically the notes. Of course that anyone can fail, that is not into discussion, but it is better not to fail and nothing wrong on mentioning it. Andy failed too and that is nothing wrong either, nor to remark. Just and to say that, you must regard the Andy's creativity and the risk that it means.I don't think that Dom will play different if he's an official DD member

as a fan off DD obviously I am for Andy taylor, and off course I would like Andy to come back because he's the oiginal member. but...after this album... I guess, If they decided to make him the 5th member, that would be great....after all he's English too, fuck it !! if Andy decided to come back ..have 2 guitarists HAHA

Many of DD fans admire Andy and I know how you feel :) But I am glad you understand how great guitarist is Dom :) and of course He won his pleace with Duran Duran,I think ALL FANS must appreciate his hard effors and his wonderful sound!!! I rally think Dom must be 5th member,I am thinking it since a lot of time!!!!! :D Oh well,I think wont be bad if DD have 2 guitarist...but I am not very sure Andy likes it...I mean he seems not work well in "team" but who knows :D !!!
