some points though the box has no movment when he tries to move it, dosnt look natural, since he uses alot of force to try to move it.
2. think is the walking he does with the crate... just impossible. try to pick up a 40lbs crate and walk with ur pelvis 5 inches of the ground and legs spead... have him struggle to lift it all the way up... and then walking upright(maybe leaning back)
but all in all it seems u have some nice knowledge of the basics.
