There isn't a broadcast delay at all with most American shows shown in Australia, let alone a 2 year delay. Not that it matters though since you can just watch episodes from streaming sites or download them.

THere's a few ways we [aussies] can watch Hulu 1.get a private vpn hosted in the states so you get a US ip [$10+ per month]

2. Use hotspot shield [free, but is getting blocked more often]
