@CodyRandomLOL Official animations like DBZ are usually made by teams of people probably with alot of computer work aswel nowadays, i assume most FanAnimations like this online are made with paint/photoshop and movie creating programs like iMovie or Windows movie maker(<not a good one but just for example) it's the same old animation, draw an image, take a pic, draw next image slightly different, take pic, repeat.

I think iMovie itself is just a program for putting your animation together in as a video, it doesn't actually create the frame images.
