  • how much gas does it burn?

  • i hate the British accent narrator voice

  • @legaata I hate your ugly Swedish face.

  • @legitimatemind Well you better get used to it, because with the current development, your country will soon be so fucked up, you'll be begging on your knees top emigrate to Scandinavia.

  • @legaata haha oh please you're pathetic. We will prevail. Now go play with your little bitty plastic knives and nasty cheese.

  • On eBay you can get finished ones for only 40 to 50 pounds. :)

  • this is cool , nice an simple

  • remember to use distilled water even in soft water areas

  • Nice to see manual machines still being used by this factory in England.

  • And that is how they make a somewhat accurate version of Trever the traction engine

  • How much does one of these little diddies cost I wonder

  • @22zson some are up to 900 dollers overall i dont know but id like one so bad

  • What they dont say is how much the fuel costs.

  • @rome877 water, a few drops of oil, and one or two tealight candles (cheaper than sterno)

  • Wilesco steam engines are better!

  • @PKMotoren

A matter of opinion there and you pays your money and takes your pick esp more money for a Wilesco.

  • @PKMotoren couldnt agree more

  • i have that first modle

  • I like the larger scale models like 1"scale and up they have double acting cylinders and the real final drives.

  • at 0.32 u can see the camera in a mirror.

  • Their soldering on the pipes into the boiler needs much to be desired, when he solers it,it only goes round one side of the pipe.engines shown later are just as bad,if worse!

  • its "they're".

  • Comment removed

  • Not its not,I'm stating that "Their soldering is crap" which is not "They are or they're",read it again. The soldering belongs to them therefore it is "Their soldering" if they were in the process of soldering then it would be "They are (or they're) soldering the boiler"

  • @Iamgandhiful idiot - it's 'their'. get a grasp before commenting in future

  • aah!

the bean is on the floor!

    why is it there captain?

because i said so, i said.

  • Fantastic Video!

  • The traction engines that I knew about, never ran fast like this one. They just plodded along.

  • That's just because this model doesn't have the reduction gearing like the prototypes. (However, another company, Wilesco, includes that feature on their models).

  • I like to see steam engines to be made professionally.I own a blue steam lorry, now I know how its made ! :-)

  • Excellent, thanks for sharing, just what I wanted before taking my boiler apart.

  • It's amazing that they don't explain the oscillating cylinder/valve assembly.
