@nkaveh1-- In turkish even very high societey families the parents have enormous influence on their children´s lifes. The BABA & anne (Father & mother) are also aubsolut atorities and are not suppose to be contradicted . The cildren´s life is the property of their parents and they are the one to conroll and arrange that,despite so called" well educated (USA;EUROPE etc) children´s they obey their parents and let them do it. Please,NO OFFENSE for the others,of caurse there are some exeptions.

@nkaveh1 i´m also not turkish but i´ve big interest on their culture,language, poetry and music.I read alot about all that. They have a very specific way of expressing their feelings, their love,very warm ,very cordial,verymuch deeper than so many other nationalities in comparison.May be is the language that sounds sooo poetic and sweet?? i don´t know. anywasy,all the best to you and Happy Xmas !!!!

Strange enough to see the gap between modern turkey and old cultured turkey look to me the modernization just happening in rich families.where is the secular and modern turkey.

@nkaveh1 I think that so called"modernization" is even in some of very reach familes still an abstract notion.If you watch some other series about turkish rich families (like for ex. "yer gök ask"comes on Fox tv mondays-you can see it -iziizle 24-link),and their extremely conservative,regressive,retard­et ways of handling their children´s private lifes,intrigs and low actions of the parents against their own children because of traditions.
