I wouldn't say so, cos it was composed in 1822. That's already the romanticism, there's a few composers who where classical-romantic, like mendelssohn, but it's romantic anyway, it's no more than an influence.

Your playing is beautiful for many reasons, but I'll cite just one: You ease off the ends of phrases more gracefully than anyone I've ever heard.
