To 12eebok: I couldn't help but agree with you. Light/Kira is evil to the bone, ruler of becoming god of the new world. However, Lelouch is different to him, he is evil and would do what it takes to change the world, but for the better of humanity and not for himself... until close to the end of course. I say Lelouch is a way better main character of good/evil than Light who is more evil than good.

WHenever I watch this scene I always think "It's like a demon jacked Lelouch's body.".

It also reminds me of that part in Death Note when Kira returns, I had the same thought in my head.

Notice how when he orders them to kill themselves here he shows almost no emotion. But in the first episode of season 1 he had a look of shock on his face when he did the same thing.
