  • Nice

  • lov the sound of birds

  • sexy.

  • Very nice bike (Y)

  • you will never get the perfect fuelling that you get with DFi, especially when you use it with PCV and autotune I can guarentee you that!!

  • the older carb-models are much better...

  • if you look at the lastest video of the bike, you will see that it had a few more additions including some Talon/excels (red/black)... I sold it for £5300, which I know is top money, but it cost a good few thousand more than that to get it to what you see it in that video!!

  • @Bunn3403 £5300! wow i'm impressed.. can get a 511 for cheaper than that

  • @Bunn3403 It is the best looking supermoto i have seen. I come back to this video every once in a while just for the sound of it!

  • how much did u sell it for?

  • can't any more matey, I had to sell it!!!

  • Get on it son!

  • They are standard SMR450RR graphics, and can be bought from HuskySport in the UK

  • fuck man!!!! where did u find those graphics for the husky??? Im looking for them everywhere, keep in mind i live in europe !!!! SOmebody PLSSSSSSSSSS

  • awesome mirrors ;D

  • buy what exactly my friend?

  • where can i buy it?? please answer!

  • Easy, change the oil and filter every 500 miles ( factory recommends alot longer than this), and check valve shims now and again (easiest job in the world) and you are good to go.

Considering these are a race derived engines they are very robust!!!

  • nice bike what are the services like on these ?

  • It looks fucking sick

  • yes, but you have to put the passenger foot pegs on which come with the bike..... I wouldn't want to go on the back mind!!!!

  • Is there a passenger seat?

  • its a fu*king great looking bike!

  • It came with the pwer up kit my friend, but you can get a very similar one off e bay...

  • Did that rear light and plate holder come with it, or is it a mod. I'm looking at buying the new SM511, but the rear plate holder looks hellishly dorky heh.

  • ok i m selling the house...

  • Cool design ;-)

  • I think thats the best supermoto i ve ever seen!

  • @GoldenGhost36 First I shit, then I nutted. Or was it vice versa? Either way my knickers are all soiled, well done mate!

A cute girl and more standard Huskys at a minute and a half into this vid:

KingCast presents: Wagner BMW Demo Day

    Peace.

  • Geiles Teil!

  • Sweet as a nut. Dream bike, never let it go ;)

  • that it pretty dirty

  • i love how everyone is a hardass on youtube

  • When it was on Ebay i was the highest bider then some git came a long and went to blocks house and snatched it away from me ........ Gutted ) :

  • @aadrianlee Sorry about that my friend!

  • Sorry what do you mean bent the tail?

  • how did you bend the tail? i'd like to do it on my husky too but i'm afraid to make mistakes

  • Was my friend, sold it yesterday to a very lucky young chap in the Gloucester are. Gutted, but needs must!

  • that my friend is fuckin sexy!

  • Cheers mate, unfortunately for me the bike is up for sale on E bay at the mo, so it looks like it will have a new owner in a week or two!!!!

  • @Bunn3403 how much is it going for? where can i find it

  • @thoraxxo Hello mate, it is on E bay.co.uk, and is under either supermoto, or Husqvarna SMR510. It is even better now with a brand new set of Talon/Excel wheeels (5" rear instead of 4.25) a few more bits of carbon and a Brembo radial front brake master cylinder.....absolutely beautiful!! I'm gutted!!!!

  • OMG!

  • sweet bike man!

  • Zefal spy mirrors, made for push bikes, available on the net mate!

  • where can i get those rear view mirrors

    what brand are they ?

    greets from belgium

  • They were alot! I ended up buying them from the States, as even after shipping and import duties they were still cheaper..... around a grand if I recall!!

  • very nice bike btw

  • how much was it for the duel pipes ?

  • The end ones are made by R&G Racing (on web) the bottom ones are home made from reinforced coolant pipe and a large pipe clip.

    Dave

  • nice bike!! where did you get the exhaust sliders??

  • congratulations u just maid me jizz in my pants

  • Rolex?

  • i like it ! but for me was better only one exhaust not twin exhaust

  • beautiful.

  • Best looking Husky ive seen (Y)

  • Love the bike.. Love the watch... !!!

  • what handlebar is that> specs? i need a wide bar badly

  • I love your bike. Needless to say that this is '' The Motorbike '' .. bloody amazing. I wish I had that bike...

  • Hi, realy nice bike ;D

what is top speed on it ?

and how much seconds from 0-100km/h thx a lot ;D

  • Cheers mate, got rid of the screen, the K&N seals just fine, but also comes with a tube of sealant just in case

  • Avesome bike man, i have a 09, but it is not tricked out as much as yours, see you also have the K&N airfilter.. Did you keep the metalnet thing between filter and intake or remove it ? I have mine in for now but not sure if it will seal properly in between

  • Avesome bike man, i have a 09, but it is not tricked out as much as yours, see you also have the K&N airfilter.. Did you keep the metalnet thing between filter and intake or remove it ? I have mine in for now but not sure if it will seal properly in between

  • Hey man, i have the same bike. Wondering where u got your stickers and your seat. Im in the U.S. and having trouble finding aftermarket parts for it. Thanks.

  • @phoenix8002 Which specific stickers are you referring to? If its the mudguards then the rear was off a company called SS Racing in the UK, they have a e bay shop. The rear was made by LR Designs. I have since changed the front/rear mudguards(which you can see in my latest vid) its a shame you live in the US, as all they are doing is sitting in my garage! The seat can be bought from Husqvarna, or again on e bay, they retail at about £100.

  • @Bunn3403 Well my decals/stickers that are on my tank are red and white. I like how yours fade from black to red. And the seat, Ive looked in the parts/accesories manual, and no seat for Husqvarna north america. Just have to keep searching and searching. Thanks for your help though.!

  • @phoenix8002 Hi mate, the decals are from a 2008 450RR... The seat should be in the Husky special parts catalogue,

  • This bike to pretty look at!

  • Certainly looks the part doesn't it? Lots of "go fast stickers" for sure.

This is the Supermoto equivalent to the coffee shop Ducatti. All decked out and no race to go. Bet ya $20 it's never even been backed in. Hell it's probably never seen a redline.

Nice bike, but if it were mine it would actually get ridden.

  • @rednoseroxy who rattled your fucking cage! I suggest that before you make remarks like that, you make sure they're substantiated. You neither know me, or are aware of what I am capable of, so keep your stupid little puerile comments to yourself. I must apologise if there were a few words there that you had difficulty understanding, however if you make me aware of the specific ones, I would be more than happy to try an explain them to someone of your obvious limited intelligence!

  • @Bunn3403 Looks like your cage is the one that got rattled! LMAO! Maybe you need to suit up in your color matching Dainese race suit for another leisure ride down to your local trendy coffee shop...You can relax with another espresso gingerbread latte or whatever the fuck you posers drink. Its funny you talk about intelligence but misspell APOLOGIZE with a fucking S... As far as my remarks being substantiated, just look at your no-wear, no scratch stickered up poser cycle, your bike says it all

  • @rednoseroxy I've come across people like you before many a time, like to big themselves up until it comes to the crunch! Your opinion matters not to me or I suspect anyone else, and by the way here in good old GB we spell a number of things different than you including apologise!! Now fuck off you're boring me..........

  • @rednoseroxy thats your freakin problem and your comments you dont have nothing to ride!!! you freakin alley cat dick suckin faggot,

  • @rednoseroxy Gtfo fucker

  • @rednoseroxy - hahahaha! very funny. Got to love a "go fast" sticker!

  • Hows it goin mate, finally got a husky on order now! managed to get a late 2010 one! anything i should look out for as i have noticed there is a waterpump upgrade on the huskysport website would this be anything to consider? also whats it like with the lamda bypass? do you know if i can do this and the bike will run fine? ive read it needs a power commander after doing so. Thanks for any info mate. Oh ye just ordered them Zefal spy mirrors they look pretty good!

  • @keenan2621 don't worry about the water pump upgrade, it is not necessary. These bikes don't run well with all the restrictions in place, if it has not already been done get lamda bypass done, and I believe there is a throttle restriction in the DFi body. The standard twin cans house the cats, which are very restrictive, so either get a new setup or gut them. There is loads of info on forums like CafeHusky which shows you how to take restrictions out.

  • @Bunn3403 thanks for the info iv read up on this now! What bike/bars are those acerbis hand guards from? also do you have the Acerbis skid plate?

  • @keenan2621 The hanguards are the standard Acerbis Supermoto items, which I reduced in size with a dremmel. The skid plate is a carbon fibre item which incorporates engines protection as well. This can be bought from a company called Waveracing for 90 euros (they do a number of items for husky's and the quality is very good)

  • DANGEROUS SEXI!

  • that is one pimpd husky nice bike respect

  • Hi, I'm not absolutely sure as it was pre loaded when the PCV came. There are quite a few maps you can download off Dynojet website, just pick one that is closest to your setup. Then the Autotune works its magic, and you can alter the base map by accepting the trims after aech ride until it builds a perfect map for your bike... Easy!

  • wich map are you using in your PCV? I got a 2010 smr 510 and a termignoni ehaust + PCV+autotune waiting to be installed to the bike, and i havn´t found a map for the pcv... The engines are pretty much the same on the 2008 and 2010... So help me out :D

  • Also does the twin pipe fitstraight on? no panel or subframe change? all the bolt holes in place to fit it? Thanks.

  • @keenan2621 they fit straight on, like I stated you will have to make a bracket and fit it to the right side of the rear subframe in order to attach the second silencer (which is very easy), then get a right side panel for a 08 450RR. Other than that everything lines up perfectly matey.

  • Do Husqvarna do 2 different types of engines in the 510SMR's as im looking at a 2010 one atm and it states its a competition bike with the DOHC competition engine. This sounds like its gunna need a service every 10 miles! and dont fancy that for road use so basically is there another engine they produced? I didnt think a 2008 could fit the twin pipe as they started from 2010 didnt they?

  • @keenan2621 the engines in the 510 from 08 onwards are the same mate, don't worry about the ' Competition bike' they are tough as old boots otherwise Husky wouldn't offer two year warranty? Servicing really isn't an issue, oil change every 500-1000 miles, and check the valve clearances every so often (but these very rarely need doing) You are correct twin pipes were from 09 onwards, but I fabricated a bracket for the right subframe to attach extra exhaust, then add an RR right S/panel.

  • @Bunn3403 Thanks for the info mate, what sort of BHP do these have standard then? Im moving from a DRZ400sm as it got stole 2 nites ago! bad times.

  • @keenan2621 Hello again mate, it depends what you mean by standard. From the factory they are choked with emissions crap, however put a decent pipe on and bypass the O2 sensor (which is easy and puts the Dfi into race mode) and you can expect anything between 50-55RWHP. I have a PCV and Autotune on mine, with drilled side panels and obviously twin full Leo Vince setup (system has bigger headers than standard) and mine was dynoed at 54.21 rear wheel HP / 37lbft (I have readout if you need it)

  • @keenan2621 Real git about the DTZ mate, but compared to the 510 it is a heavy slow beast. My mate had one with a Arrow race pipe etc, and the difference was unbelievable between his DRZ and my 510, and thats before I fitted alot of the mods! I do have a later vid of my bike on Youtube, as I've changed the plastics now, and I've got a new set of Talon/excels to put on in the spring also (red hubs/black rims) should complete the setup nicely!

  • @Bunn3403 Yeah gutted spent a year getting it to the stage it was at and didnt even get chance to ride it in the summer! lifes a bitch. 50-55 will be immense as my drz was about 35! do you get some 08's with engines from the 07 (and previous) that are late registered? im looking at getting an 08 atm you see but how can i tell i has the 08-10 DOHC competition engine in and not an older/different one in? Thanks.

  • @keenan2621 Mate, all the engines are the same, the only difference is that from 08 they were DFi and not carbed

  • Please could you send me any picts of your bike ? I'm totally in love with it. I'm gonna buy a husky soon but need picts of yours to show to the seller. I want he does the same kind for mine. dieu@inbox.com ! Thx a lot.

  • Marry me.

  • pretty much decked out :)

    it's awsome

you think a 07 510 te would do well as a moto?

  • @W0KD mate the TE is basically the same engine however I think it might be missing the balancer shaft, so will be a bit more vibey! The suspension will have to be adjusted for S/moto use as well, and of course a set of S/moto wheels. I will be the selling the standard wheels off my bike soon, as I have bought a new set of Talon/Excels, so they do pop up now and again!

  • You shoud cover your suspension gas "bottle" with a madcrock can. it would look awesome with your red/black theme ;D

  • @shercoogsherco hi matey, never heard of the stuff, I'll google it, and thanks.

  • does it hav a hydraulic clutch?

  • @AdrenalinJunkie450 yes matey Magura.

  • Hi matey, they ae called Zefal spy mirrors, and are actually made for push bikes but work very well. Get them on the net for about £10........ Dave

  • Hi - where did you get these cool mirrors ? They look fantastic and I'm searching for my Aprilia SXV 550 for the same solution ? Any hints are welcome - Thanks in advance and regards - Thom

  • i'm fallen in love with your bike *____* i've an husqvarna too, but it's a 125 sm u.u

  • what power with dyno jet ? And where did u buy it ? *_*

  • @DurivPL hello, the power commander and Autotune doesn't necessarily give that much more power(although I'm sure it gives a fair bit), but gives you perfect fueling all of the time. Power on Dyno was 54.21 HP at rear wheel and 38lbft of torque with AFR set at 13.2/1.

I bought mine from the States as they are cheaper over there than in the UK.

Superb product, that really does perfect the fueling and eliminates all/any flat spots ....... Dave

  • shit i think that might take me over my 33bhp mate a bit more obviously than my mito with 35 haha love this bikes though fuckin shit hot

  • hey man, maybe you recalled from which company you bought the black plastics????

  • @peanias they were from a company called MDRacing in the south of England. I had to dremel down the front mudguard to S/Moto size. On my other video where I have replaced the plasics with plain black, I also shortened the rear fender by about 2/3 inches also, as they did not supply the RR short version.

  • how much money did you investigate in "her"?

  • @Psych93 Hello matey, if you mean how much has the bike cost thus far, I have not sat down and worked it out to be honest, but it is a fair chunk of cash, but certainly no more than a new one would have cost me (yet). To be fair I am never happy with a bog standard bike anyway, so they always end up costing me more money than I anticipate. Worth every penny in my opinion mind.

  • See thats what Iam talkin aboot! See I told u to make a new vid! Did you take off your sweet carbon frame pieces you custom made? Those are the cats meow buddy! U rock dude!

  • @spleno1 Hello matey, this is not the latest vid, that one is the one with the carbon bits that you mention. I personally prefer the look without the rear/front fender stickers.

    Dave

  • could you tell me the whole name of these twin exhaust ? and where did you bought it? but it does not have an allowance for the street ?

    luki

  • @TheHusky510 Hi Luki, it is the full Leo Vince Titanium twin exhuast system with crabon end caps. It is listed for 2009> SMR510's, however as you can see will fit a 2008 model with an additional bracket fitted to the rear subframe in order to affix the extra silencer. The exhaust comes with both a spark arrestor and a baffle for each exhaust. I run without either, and it is not uncomfortably loud

    Dave

  • Very most beautiful bike!compliment...

  • insane bike! where did you get your seat? and those fancy stickers?

  • @JPtheguitarplayer The seat is the standard step seat and can be purchased from the Husky catalogue, or a place called SS Racing in Shrewsbury.

If you look at my latest video I have since taken off the front and rear black fenders, and replaced them with plain black shortened ones. I don't know where you are but if you were prepared to make me an offer they are up for grabs!

I had the front one made by a graphics company to match the rear, which again was from SS Racing.......Cheers Dave

  • fuck me im horny

  • how many hp and what's the top speed? very very very very very very very very very very nice bike!!!

  • @kopaszQ I have yet to strap it to a dyno, but I would estimate at early to mid fifties at the rear wheel. The top speed is dependant on the gearing, mine is running 15/43, which will get you to a ton without a problem. These bikes aren't about top speed mind, if you want that get a big 4

  • hey what air filter is that?

  • @themtscrew K&N matey

  • gorgeous bike mate. i wanted another ktm 525 in supermoto trim until i saw this video lol now i think its going to have to be a husky all the way!

  • @dibnah46 Welcome to the club matey!! Husky's are great, the only disadvantage over the Orange alternative is that after market parts are not as plentiful! But I can live with that, just to be different

    Dave

  • which steeringwheel is that?

  • @ameele I presume you mean the handlebars, they are Easton's, even thicker than normal fatbars at the clamping area

    Dave

  • hi dave, yes you helped me out.thank u for responding so quickly!ill check those sites out.just bought a 2010 450,wish they had the 510.although yours looks better and runs better than a new one.so i need to add some bling bling!lol.just having trouble finding the bling.dealer said the pipes are good arrows and the dfi is as good as any.after your mods did you have to put it on the computer to dial it in?thanks for the info.

  • @Rbh157 Hello again, If you go on Supermotojunkie, there is a thread with a load of dealers you can get all sorts of bling from.

To get the best out of your bike, you will have to do something to the standard pipes, or change them contrary to what the dealer may say. Then ensure that your DFi is in race mode.

Due to the PCV + Autotune there was no need for a dyno or a computer

    Dave

  • nice bike, lots of bling bling!with the pcv+autotune,do you still run the stock dfi controller,or do those take its place.just wondering i have a 2010 that i would love to do some adds to.

  • @Rbh157 Hi, you retain all the stock DFi hardwear, the PCV+ Autotune just connects to the system and can adjust the DFi quite dramatically. The main restriction on your bike is the standard exhaust cans which contain the cats', you need to either gut them or change the system completely.

All info about mods can be found on the forums ie supermotojunkie/cafehusky/Thumpertalk

    Hope this helps

    Dave

  • too much stickers m8, but lovely bike :)

  • double exhaust have no sense

  • @MrSkelart that's where you are wrong matey, they allow full exhaust flow while remaining at a legal noise level, and allow the exhaust note to be of a deeper tone!

Still I suppose your are entitled to your own opinion, even if it is unsubstantiated and completely wrong!!

  • Perfect !!! but if was me the exhausts would try find it in carbon our in black

  • @MajorGouveia Thanks, I did contemplate the twin Devil system, which has carbon cans, but it was a fair bit more expensive than the Leo Vince system, and I didn't think it justified the difference!

  • very nice bike i'm gonna buy one of those in 2 or 3 years

  • from where did you buy black fenders?

  • @peanias Hi, bought them off the net, can't recall the company name now, but I will try and dig it out. The front one was a full size one so I dremeled down to S/Moto size and then again used the dremel to make some holes in the rear of it to ensure better front end stability.

  • Great husky, actually this is the best sm510r i have seen. You should do a list of all the mods you made to this supermoto.

  • thats fucking sick lol, i need that bike

  • that's one hell of a nice supermotard! never seen such a beauty before! except the front plate, i prefer the newer racing model :) i want this bike! DAMN!

  • Great looking bike!! I just bought the 2010 model, should be here next week, I can't wait. Is that the upgrade seat, is it more comfortable? Is that the stock tank or larger upgrade? Thanks for the videos.

  • @BikeMeAustin Hi matey, you will not be dissapointed with the bike, but I am told that the standard twin cans are both heavy and very restrictive. I think you can butcher them or get some after market items, then get the DFi altered into race mode or get a PCV + Autotune.

    Then it will be superb

    Dave

  • @Bunn3403 Can't wait for her to arrive, should be here Mon 21st! You've done a great job on your bike. So tell me about that seat, is it an upgrade? Worth it?

  • @BikeMeAustin sorry mate I didn't answer that question did I! yes it is an upgrade, costs about £100, and you can get it from Husqvarna or try e bay. I think it is worth it, it prevents you sliding back when accelerating (which these things do very well!) I don't think it's any confier than the standard mind.

The tank is the stock 7.2 litre item.

    Dave

  • @Bunn3403 Hi Dave,

Thanks for the info, I'll check into that seat. Enjoy that beauty!!

  • @Bunn3403 The seat should be "selle della valle" and they use it in WC, useful for the double height.

I have a 510 smr 2007, and i'm interested on opinions about injection, have you tried also a carburettor version?

  • @Bunn3403, I have a 510 smr MY 2007 and i'm interested on opinions about the injection. Have you ever tried a carburettor version?

However, nice work, keep it open!

  • @Huskymotard88

The DFi is a revelation, even before I fitted the PCV and Autotune it ran great (in race mode + Arrow race pipe), now with them and the full Leo system fitted it runs perfectly!!

I have never ridden a carb'd version, but I struggle to believe they could be as good, due to the fact that they cannot keep the AFR at the optimum level at all times, which DFi can (with PCV + Aututune)

    Dave

  • What kind of handlebar is it?

    howerver...that's a beatiful bike :D

  • @blersio Hi, thanks for the comment. The handlebars are called Easton bars, they are even thicker than fat bars at the clamping area. Although this means that they are strong, it does mean that you have to buy them with the appropriate bar clamps.

    Dave

    Dave

  • What kind of handlebar is it?

    However...really beautiful bike! :D

  • my congratulations dude, your bike is just fantastic! and your mods are very interesting... the only thing that i don't like is the battery.. it adds weight, i prefer switch it on by my foot :D how much does it weighti ( the bike)?

  • @Berry29tm Hi matey, thanks. I know what you mean about the battery, but the bike came with the lecky boot as standard. I could change it for one of those 4/6 cell items that weigh a fraction of the weight. I haven't had the opportunity to weigh the whole bike yet, but I'd say it was between 110-120kg wet

    Dave

  • @Bunn3403 if you are interested, there's a kick starter kit for your bike, i suppose its quite expensive... 110 -120 kg with fuel or not?

  • @Berry29tm , to be honest, I am prepared to sacrifice the extra weight of the electric boot, for ease of use, and like I said if I was that concerned about the added weight, I could loose it elsewhere by binning all the lights and fitting a lightweight 4 cell lithium battery. With fuel I'd say it was closer to the upper weight, but I am going to confirm that at some point.

  • I just purchased a 08 450 just curious how much for the exhaust and did u have to mod anything to make it fit right. Also just purchased PCV with the Auto Tune!

  • @nmitcheff . Hello mate, the exhaust was about a grand!! But I managed to offset the cost by selling my original setup(standard headers and Arrow race pipe)The only thing you will have to do to make it ft, is to get some sort of bracket made to allow for the right hand silencer to be attatched to the rear subframe, other than that it fits perfectly!

  • @nmitcheff BTW the PCV + Autotune is superb, I have set my AFR at 13.2 (power) it allows you to accept the trim vlues after a blast, and alter your base map accordingly, very clever stuff!!

  • a questin what is this Dyno Jet ?

  • @LordTkc Dynojet is the company that manufacture the Power Commander, which is a fuel injection module allowing you to alter the settings of your DFi. They also make the Autotune which works in conjunction to the Power commander, and allows you to do a number of things including altering your Fuel/air ratio yourself without the use of a dyno!

  • @Bunn3403

ah okay ty where have you buy your exhaust? this Leovinci PS: Nice Sound

an sry for my bad Englisch am from Switzerland xD

  • @LordTkc No problem, I actually bought the exhaust from the USA, even after postage it was still cheaper than buying it in the UK. They are made in Italy, so you may be able to buy it direct from there I guess.

  • @Bunn3403

can you tell my the site i want this exhaus and where you buy this ähmm... Decals or?

    i have ah 09 sm 510

  • @LordTkc Hello again matey, I bought it off Morepowerracing in the USA, sorry which decal are you referring too?

    Dave

  • @Bunn3403 i dont find for de 2008 this exhaus :(

  • @LordTkc No it is for the 2009, when they went to twin setup, it fits perfectly! All that is needed is for you to get a bracket made to attach the right hand exhaust, then a right hand side panel from a 08' 450RR which again fits perfectly!

    Dave

  • @LordTkc come to visit italy, leovince exhaust are hand made here! i don't know how much dave paid for that exhaust but im sure that here in italy are cheaper!
