Wow, this puts my secret hiding space behind the paper towels on a shelf at the grocery store to shame! I guess they thought to embarrass you guys for what you did, but unfortunately for them, most of us think it's completely awesome! Amazing, you guys.
i think this is cool, but i have a question....if part of the entry way was only 11 inches wide, how did they get the parts of a sectional sofa in? even at its base, a sofa is more than 11" wide. Or a tv for them to play video games on? tv's are bigger than 11". did I mis-read something about that entry way?
Excellent work! From the brilliant mind of one of the country's most creative artists. On a personal level, it is thanks to this man that my kid is at one of the nation's leading art colleges. He is a brillant and perceptive art teacher as well.
Even on their web site I couldn't find any sort of description of where the space was. There is some mention of an 11" wide entrance, but no real description of its relative location. It seems odd that there would be such a space in a mall that nobody knew about or ever entered. Maybe the whole thing is just another internet hoax.
Nope...on their website there is a map of where the space was. It was used during the construction of the mall to store extra supplies but when it opened it was just left as empty space. Then they found it.
the vid gives no clear concept of the placement and overall structure. the story sounds amazing but leaves me wanting to see how they could have hidden such a big thing.
This is fucking amazing! I went shopping at this mall over the summer (I live in Florida) and its amazing that this was going on while I was there! It would have been cool to see this!
I love your project, it's a damn shame it got shut down on you. The bright side is you can now publicly share your experiences with us! I'm really looking forward to more video footage. The amount of courage and creativity you put into this piece of art is truly astounding, you should be proud of yourself :)

If they were still there now and were there during the night I would have found them. I follow any sound.

From your website, it looks like you had to post a hell of an apology for this. Still, gotta love the art of it all.
